Is it possible she ordered something she didn’t like on purpose to create drama?
Because when I saw her crying over the bagel, it didn’t seem genuine at all. It came off as super performative. Plus, she was already kind of mad because the shop didnt have the exact cream cheese she wanted originally.
Then while talking about her order being the wrong bagel with the wrong cream cheese, she licks the cream cheese off her finger multiple times.
Why would she lick cream cheese off her finger while claiming to not want to eat it because didn’t know what type of cream cheese it was.
Plus the bagel is made at or near the counter. She didn’t see the worker picking out the wrong bagel? And she didn’t see them picking out the wrong cream cheese? And she didn’t check it before she left? Any shop would happily correct a messed up order even if it was close to closing. Because that’s customer service 101

I think it's far more likely that she's just an enormous hog who will devour whatever is put in front of her regardless of if she likes it or not.

I don’t think she’s a good enough actress to fake being so unhinged over a bagel. More likely she grabbed the wrong bag in her excitement over the bagel. She couldn’t eat it in the shop because they were closing And she didnt eat it on the uber back to the hotel because she wanted to devour it in peace, or maybe was trying to avoid a complaint by the uber driver.

Anna cries over everything. She knows exactly how to act and how to manipulate. In the interview with Dr Armons office, she acted well enough to manipulate the woman and told her exactly what she wanted to hear.
Anna never tried proper compression garments. She never did lymphatic drainage, she never did dry brushing. In her interview, not once did she say she did any of those things. Only that she knew what it was/how to do it.

Anna, your house is ALWAYS a disgusting mess because you are morbidly obese (mobility issues) and have a personality disorder (defiantly refuse to take on adult responsibilities). And you always pay a cleaner or assistant to pick up for you. So what, you ran through all your disposable cash this month, are cleaning by yourself, and this miracle is only possible due to liposuction?
She is so very delusional about how she has spent the past fifteen years of her life. I do see some results, but probably less than if she laid off soda for a month.
Forgive me if this was already mentioned, but I found an interesting detail in her video that was retitled "It's Worse Than I Thought" (formerly called "I can't walk anymore"), timestamped at 8:55 and she says, "...I think I was in denial about how bad it was, because I had a *air quotes* magic cure... I guess it wasn't so magical *attempts to hyperventilate* ...it gave me some of my mobility back, but going off of it has taught me that I can't, I can't hide the fact that my body is not okay." 
So, what this is telling me at least, is this is confirmation that she did literally NOTHING to help the Wegovy to work for her. She continued to eat as normal, not exercise as normal (because I am convinced the only 'eggsercize' she got was the 5-10 mins at most filming her tiktoks/instagram crap from her fit girl arc). Interesting.
