Me and my family are fully white. A lot of people in my country wash it. Ive tried explaining why they shouldn't from multiple angles, including the health aspects and the fact that the extra water prevents the meat from browning. They just give me the whole "ok mr smarty pants" look so i have just given up. Its not like its a real health hazzard, the increase in risk is negligible.

I think chicken breast as part of a roast chicken is nice (although not my favourite part of a roast chicken). Chicken breast that's cooked by itself, especially if cooked skinless, from a bird that's been bred to overproduce breastmeat? Can be very bland if not seasoned correctly or served with a sauce.

Sometimes you want it bland, like if you're poaching chicken to add to a salad and don't want it to distract from the other flavours, but it isn't exactly my go to.

McDonald's would be a nutritional step in the right direction in comparison. I don't blame them for being angry; this is what they're fed on a daily basis. When they get home, they have little else to look forward to. So, of course, it instills a sort of envious hatred because they see that other people get to eat real food that they've been denied their entire lives.
