I thought he'd have lost more subs by now.
He has lost 37k (by my count) over the last 18 months or so. This is almost 8% of his subscribers.
He also averages (very generously) 1.2k per show (more like 800), and using the best numbers, that is 0.27% of his subscriber base.
I guess I am a bit of an autist and don't understand social cues, and I understand this shit is chum in the water for his Locals retards, but I truly do not understand what all this prevarication is in aid of. Is it just to maintain his narcissitic supply and the Locals retards are the best source of it right now? He will never get his streaming audience back, people will not forget his kid tested positive for cocaine, people will mock him to his face whenever he gets online-- and he has to know that. And he also KNOWS this shit is being monitored and can and will be used at trial, so I guess my autistic brain can't comprehend what he hopes to accomplish by continually lying to literally everyone (including himself, apparently) about what is happening in his case.
He thinks that his audience will lap up the lies or wait for the REAL story when he can share ALL the details. Somehow, this will never come...
For the judicial system, I honestly think he believes that he can claim 'muh freeze peach' and they still have to treat him fairly amd give him deference--even if he is a shitheel. See how he treated his ethics complaints during the Weeb Wars era: he crowed about how much they hated what he said, but because what he did was not in the practice of law, they could not and would not touch him.
Nick thinks he can across like a spoiled child, then pretend to behave for a short time to get what he wants, then leave while screaming 'FUCK YOU!' and doing a double middle-finger. If he has to come back to the same person, it is unfair for them to hold this previous behaviour against him.
I don't think he does want them back (and his slattern of a wife mindlessly follows his lead, apparently). He and his slattern of a wife have done almost nothing to get them back, despite it being over a month later. Visiting them occassionally is something, I guess. But not much. I contrast that with everything I would be doing to get my kid back if they were taken from me, and the Crackieta's actions do not compute with me. At all.
At the risk of sounding like a Kayla defender, we really don't know what she is doing. We don't know if she is living in the house with Nick, or if she is taking an active role in the legal effort beyond meeting with her children when allowed.
I only day this because I know women absolutely crushed by divorce/family courts. They were fragile to start (probably too fragile to operate in society alone) and the ex-husband bull's them into whatever concessions they want with the threat of more legal action that they cannot stand. They just want to not fight and to see their kids from time to time. Some State agents don't care because the children are not technically in danger, and the woman follows all their rules, so it is easier when there is conflict to convince her to compromise.
If Kayla is one of these emotionally shattered women, she might not be paying much attention at all until it is too late and things that Nick was 'taking care of' are already settled in his preferred manner.
