I don't want to seem like too much of an Optimistic Opossum, but it seems to me that this judge is absolutely fed up with this case and with Shit-Lips. I think he wants this over with ASAFP and it's not going to end well for our Magical Star Buddy.
I am on this team, I think this is the beginning of the end. I think the failure to dump the case has the judge on the lets just get this over with mindset. When you send something to Florida you don't want or expect it to come back. My gut is telling me total kiwi victory is approaching.

I hope you get ass-fucked by retards, because that would be hilarious. Don't even have anything personally against you, just think you getting colonically irrigated and culturally enriched by niggers would be hilarious.
Too verbose, three words will do: "Enjoy prison, stalker."

Could you lot stop doing that, please? Every single time people start predicting victory, total retardation happens.

Which is funny, yes, but it's Hardin (and Null, of course) who has to deal with it and it's got to be infuriating for them.
It'd be nice to KEEP a good lawyer.

I get where you're coming from but Hardin seems like he's with us for the long haul. Taking KF on as a client early on at least suggests he holds everyone's right to a defense as a virtue and what's more is he saw our autistic willingness to throw thousands of $ to our legal battles.
Josh has stated before that Hardin is charging us extremely reasonably so maybe that means that, despite the extremely fucked procedures of lolsuits, they're "easy" to do research and argument for. If that's true, KF could be an ideal client. Dozens of litigious, drooling retards and thousands of autists paying you to dunk on them in court.

3 weeks is not nearly enough time to write responses for 5 motions
Yeah, but they aren't super difficult motions either. It's doable. Not for Russ, mind you, but its doable.
i didn't even say i'd think it'd be funny :(
Yeah, but nobody likes a downer.
. Dude’s a living saint for sitting through this mountain of bullshit from Russ.
No, the magistrate judge is facetious retard.
What are typically the sanctions for this type of behavior if the litigant isn’t a special little pro se boy who can do no wrong?
Fines, jail time until compliance, dismissal; things like that.

Mr. Hardin is paid to file and write motions, and with all due respect to him (and very much is due), he is not paid to like the thread. Nobody's doing here anything to sabotage the case.

He hasn't had any sanctions, the court's just been letting him get away with not responding. Now we have to wait and see whether he misses this deadline, or whether the court lets him get away with it.

If Russ just completely blows off the deadline, I think he'd possibly be facing the court granting motion 101 for dismissal for want of prosecution under rule 41. But if he files some incomprehensible bullshit about his plights instead of a legal argument, I dunno if we'd be that lucky. I think the court would probably just grant the other relief sought in motion 101 and order a scheduling conference via Zoom or whatever system it uses.

Am I the only one who wants the court to say, you know what, you wanted it transferred back Greer, this one is going to be in person.

Bad for Null's pocketbook/legal fund, but funny as hell.
That'd be an awful lot of bullshit to deal with for two parties who are literally just supposed to be hashing out the schedule for exchanging their discovery requests. We're still in the very beginning stage of this stupid lawsuit...

Query from one who sees the American legal system as an ancient dead language that he cannot interpret:
Why has this case consistently been fucked up by the government? In the same breath they chide the retard NO! THAT'S WRONG! and then say Here's how you do it properly, and we are going to make it happen as if that's what you originally asked. Is this a normal occurrence in proceedings? Because looking at his eviction litigation, every single step of the way, the court has said, No. Fuck off. He keeps trying and trying, and the answer is always, No. I said fuck off. Why is that not happening here?

What do you mean the beginning stage? It's been years, surely it's almost time for trial.... right.... right?

Because this is how vexatious litigants have been handled since times antedeluvian. There are lunatics out there who have literally filed THOUSANDS of absolutely bullshit cases and continue to do so. Greer isn't even a blip.

Example: Jonathan Lee Riches. 2,600 lawsuits in the course of six years.

I accept this explanation, in the vein that if enough retards throw enough curveballs they will eventually hit something hard enough and cause catastrophic damage. Do these pro se vexatious litigants usually break the entire system or expose what strike me as fatal flaws in the system like Greer's case has though (Worded so as to relieve Greer of some of the blame, as to me this seems like a battle of ideologies between personalities and personal belief systems in the court system, none of Greer's arguments provoke the thought that the system is broken and we should dismantle the whole thing and recreate the argument for him that he wins and we strike down the man saying things we don't want to hear, because all of his arguments are just 'You must feel sorry for me' repeated ad nauseum), what I guess I am asking is it normal that the supposedly indifferent judiciary system starts making the arguments for the plaintiff and literally putting their fingers on the scales?

My money is on Russ filing for another indefinite Stay due to his current plight of homelessness. It will either be granted, or the Judge, seeing an opportunity to rid himself of this cursed case will dismiss but without prejudice, granting leave to refile at a later date.

Because they always have to coddle the autistic retard.

Yes, for pro-se parties, they are given a lot of leeway. While a Judge isn't supposed to be an advocate for an unrepresented party, Judges will tend to read between the lines of a filing in order to have the most generous interpretation of a shitty brief, so they can try to reach a conclusion on the merits instead of terminating the case due to procedural issues.

That said, this is more leeway than anyone should reasonably expect, as pro-se parties are still expected to learn and follow court procedure, including filing by deadlines.

Reminder: Russell has been dodging planning for discovery since December 2020.
You can't really count the time when the case was in appeal though, since the case was essentially dead for that entire period of time.

The funniest outcome is not either side losing, but Greer hitting his head like Deagle Nation causing him to stop being a retard and dropping the lawsuit.

All that work actually for nothing would be the funniest shit. Not a victory or defeat, but something that would drive Null on a tizzy.
