In 2013 and 2014 they were fairly aware that they were on the losing side of the gay marriage debate. They were the ones baking out state legislative templates for trans bathrooms. It's obvious now to everyone, but at the time they were really unsure of how this would play out in the courts.

You are not going to look very constitutional when you state everyone but trannies can drop a deuce. At the same time it's even harder to come up with some quick test to prove gender dysphoria before giving a troon a bathroom key at a gas station. But they wanted to press ahead with this anyway. Then came out all the crying teenage troons at school board hearings, at state committee hearings, and one defeat after another one. This was the moment when the troons were uplifted and given a free blank check of sympathy and instant framing under anti-LGBT demonization and their favorite word: "hate".


And every time I bring this up in front of TERFs or HSTS trannies that hate AGPs, they take this to mean that I am on the side of AGPs.

I'm just trying to explain how Heritage sucks at their ability to map out how to defend their ideas in the courts. Why would you want to run with any of their policies when they haven't done effective work at framing it?

Every one of those Heritage-drafted tranny bathroom bills that passed has been shot down by a judge.


Does Trump know about this? He absolutely does, the defeats were happening under his watch. He does not trust the Heritage Foundation. (Heritage is praying for a trifecta, because their real customer for their paperwork is legislative staff offices)

I believe it just means they just won't have to register as a sex offender possibly, and it isn't an automatic must-register case. As in, the judge can still punish them and still make them register as well if they deem it. Also, the minimum age for this is 14. So the max they could ""date"" is 24.
