I believe it just means they just won't have to register as a sex offender possibly, and it isn't an automatic must-register case. As in, the judge can still punish them and still make them register as well if they deem it. Also, the minimum age for this is 14. So the max they could ""date"" is 24. A 13 yo wouldn't apply and I think it'd be an auto-register case. I found this from Reuters: https://www.reuters.com/article/wor...l-does-not-legalize-pedophilia-idUSKBN25V21O/
This provides some context, thanks. I get that it's mimicking the existing law but I still don't get why the gap of discretion is 10 years. Even if, best case scenario, it's a 17 year old and a 27 year old that's still extremely suspect.

It strikes me that you’re reading this map as though the light blue areas are areas where everyone voted for Biden and that it was simply low turn out. They aren’t. They’re places were Trump only barely lost a matter of 10,000 to 50,000 votes. Add to that the California is an notorious state for ballot splitting. Do you know how many Orange County housewives voted for Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden and then every single local Republican representative or judge? It’s a lot. All you truly have to do to get California’s electoral votes is flip a medium sized percentage of San Diego, Los Angeles, and the Bay Area.

No, I know exactly what that map represents. It shows you the odds of getting national GOP agenda passed in any general area. If I wanted to show what you are talking about, I would use something like the 2020 State Assembly results, which looks closer to what you're describing.

Which is nice and all... until you realize the GOP still only got 35.5% of the vote, barely above Trump's 34.3% share. And they only won 31% of the seats.

The effect you are describing exists, but it's marginal, 1.2% statewide. So no, I absolutely don't believe more than about a third of Californians are silent Republicans suffering under Democratic rule. There is no secret red wave swelling up in local elections, just the usual urban-rural divide that really should have been resolved by splitting up your state ages ago.

This is the Census Block map for Presidential results of the same year. It closer matches the State Assembly map above, showing the granular divide within the larger counties. But like I already said, for the purposes of winning elections or passing an agenda, it doesn't really matter, since the numbers come out the same as the county level map.

My beef is with the "Dominion voting machines were hacked and the numbers changed!" crowd. That was always bullshit, the Trump team knew it was bullshit and sent his clowncar of "lawyers" out to lie to your face about krakens and secret servers in Italy anyway. Mail-in ballot fraud was real but they didn't have time to prove it before the inauguration so they ran with an absurd lie instead and in the process undid about 20 years of election integrity work that I've been involved with my entire career.
Sorry if this sounds retarded, but how do you know?

As for the millennial question: never have i met a more emotionally unstable generation. These people are hitting their 40's and still do therapy sessions. Like, LMAO. And they talk about trauma all the time. Seriously, we all have trauma. Shut up and grow up. You're the reason our country can't get anything done!

TL;DR: The worst of two older generations had a larger effect on the youngest generation than their respective best. Reality ensues.

The millennials and gen y were mostly shut down my the hoard of boomers that didn’t make it and the gen x’ers that realized they were never going to. A quarter of us are raging against the shit hand we were dealt and still clawing our way out, half of us are in “kiddie therapy land”, and the remainder are the ones that lucked out enough to break even. (With the usual exceptions that are among the rich.)

Oversimplifying things a lot from here on: Between the years 2000-2012 the only things stopping you from being successful were either your own damn mistakes, some jackass that went “lol, what ethics?” and torpedoed ya before they went down themselves, the recession and other assorted things one could actually recover from.

Then the worst of the previous two generations tried and succeeded in ruining the fun for everyone. The worst of the boomers started barricading the younger generations making everything based less on merit and more on social grifting, the worst of gen x started bootlicking to curry favor and get in on the various grifts. We were really close to a second golden age but the seeds for clown world were sown instead. The trauma therapy group are at this very moment growing to be like their predecessors, trying to drag everything down because if they can’t have it, no one can.

Listen, all your generation has to do is keep telling mine to fuck off everytime something unreasonable comes out of our mouths. Don’t become the next set of bootlickers. Believe it or not this is a great time to discard a lot of the bullshit that was built up. It is why those in power are panicking so much, they see the house of cards starting to fall.

My delusional wish is for a red Virginia.

:optimistic:
The biggest obstacle to a red Virginia have always been the Beltway aristocrats in Northern Virginia. As insufferably liberal as they've been, even they can't ignore the damage that the Democrats have done. Particularly, the damage they've done to Washington DC is mind-boggling, and they're very proud of working in Washington DC.
If Bidens is on the ticket in Nov, then there's a good chance it flips, given recent polling. The dems there fucked up bad, sicking the FBI on parents and, as a result, lost the governorship, and the state has shifted to the right.
This, too. It really cannot be overstated how many default liberals shifted to the right after the democrats openly tried to take people's children away from them, especially in Virginia.

Yeah most of the swamp creatures who work in DC all live and vote in Arlington and the surrounding areas of VA. It really shits things up for the rest of the state.

i didn't think much about this video at the time -- people were going to comb through every single microsecond of every video of the rally and look for clues and see things that might not be there. but her weird behavior plus being an assistant director of the FBI makes it go up on the weird meter

Maybe I'm crazy but her behavior seems completely within reason. Not everyone will respond the same to these situations and trying to tie any of her behavior here to "being in on it" seems like a wild reach to me.

To be clear I think it's entirely plausible that there is fuckery going on, I just don't think that this is it. If you wanted to signal the shooter in any way (which seems dumb, because the person making the shot would have executive decision about what the best time to make the shot is, based on their own skill) there are a million better ways to do it than putting your agent so close to the line of fire and in front of the main camera where you know everyone in the world can see them, for no good reason.

I have reached two conclusions:

1) All the trendy atheists of the early 2000s took their Christian upbringing for granted and incorrectly assumed their moral code was independent from their Christian beliefs.

2) Almost everyone has a God-shaped hole in their soul. If God doesn’t fill it, then something else inevitably will. Some Atheists worship the state. Some worship money. Some worship the soyence. Some worship hedonism. For the fast majority of people, if their life doesn’t revolve around God, it’ll usually start to revolve around something that causes them to spiral.
it's almost like that's what everyone with half a brain was trying to tell you retards but you were too busy tipping your fedoras, reading 1/4th of "the God delusion" before getting bored and watching Religulous to comprehend the argument. (nothing against you personally @BULLY HUNTER_78 )
boys, I'm starting to think this might've been the saddest final goon session of all time.

Was Catler ever doxed?

The issue is that it actually is working for the apolitical people when they say that it's real and is made by Trump

It's not working any more than attempts to tie him to David Duke worked in 2016. It only riles up the Extremely Online Left.

Most people don't actually believe there's a secret fascist conspiracy to turn America into Handmaid's tale, and intoning "Project 2025" in an ominous voice just makes you look like a hysterical retard to normal people.

especially when you just have to point out that it's unaffiliated fanfiction and that the news has not even once mentioned Agenda 47 which is the real project.
