It is probably one of the biggest cruxes of the US Military. I used to encourage folks who couldn't afford College to join the military and do school alongside service or learn as much information as you can while working. Unfortunately, tasks and systems that were once serviced by military personnel has slowly moved toward privatized and proprietary. It takes forever to fix something that used to be an hour long issue to resolve. Everything has become more and more retarded as corporations continue to conquer the public and push us even closer to a corporate run dystopia.

As much as I cherish giving a fuckstain like Mayorkas both barrels, this really goes beyond him, and has been an issue for almost a decade and a half now. If we look back and follow previous public document releases and previous whistleblowing efforts, you can see that this has been happening through multiple administrations and since at least 2010 that I'm willing to go back to following (it's a depressing fucking topic to follow).
With how the whistleblowing on this one went, I'm led to the same conclusion I am on a lot of programs: pathological underfunding and resource starvation opened the door for greater ills. In the courts, there's an incentive to make plea deals and tone things down to go faster, because the courts are backlogged to hell and hilariously under-funded (ask anyone who's done Jury Duty). White's testimony essentially gives voice to that: They don't care the outcome, they just want it done as fast and cheap as possible, and if the kids wind up paying the price that's an acceptable cost.
Fucked up shit all around, and as much as I'd love to, you can't place the blame for this on the Dems alone. This has been bipartisan fuckery, and ergo, establishment fuckery from soup to nuts.

Send back every goddamn illegal regardless of who they are or the sob story they may tell. This includes the so-called ‘Dreamers’ and all children who were brought into the country. No excuses. Kick out the third world garbage with extreme prejudice.
Oh but Quence, who will pick the crops? There are 2 answers:
1. Most - not all - crops can be harvested via mechanization. US farmers got too used to a ready supply of low wage foreign labour. They did not properly invest in the technology that would make filthy taco benders mostly obsolete.
2. For the few crops that absolutely must be harvested by hand, set up a program where college students can pay for some or most of their education by working in the fields. Make sure they are provided with the proper clothing, equipment, food, beverages, etc. to keep them safe and happy. If beaners simply must be hired to pick crops, set up a bracero program where the migrants must leave the country when the picking season is over. And under absolutely NO CIRCUMSTANCES do spiclets born on US soil get US citizenship.

What is enraging is how long this has been going on and the fact that the NYT actually covered the trafficking going on during the Obama administration.
I really have to wonder how much money is being poured into political campaigns on both sides to keep the flow of horror churning.

How is that even real life. That's the kind of thing that should get people life in prison or the death penalty, and it's just being responded to like she is saying the kids were beaten and underfed. Am I misunderstanding? Because it really sounds to me like she's saying there's a huge government funded child slavery operation ongoing that is not 'effectively slavery' or 'very suspicious' or 'not on our land' but actually just human trafficking of children on US soil by our own government. That's Alex Jones level stuff but coming from a whistleblower.

Well, it is. Even if you don't want to say they're doing the child shipping and diddling, they're still a massive human trafficking op. They're importing thousands of people by the day, assisting them with moving them throughout the country. It's not a conspiracy at this point. It's a fact. The DHS has become a human trafficking operation under Mayorkas.

I mean I did read in like 2018 that the FBI produces their own cheese pizza. I searched now and couldn't find anything about it, so it could mean that I confused it with Operation Pacifier below or it's been scrubbed.
Also, during the convention I only caught the tail end of Navarro's speech so after it ended I looked up "navarro speech" in Google.
