Since this case started in 2020- as far as I understand- a dismissal without prejudice would be equivalent to a dismissal with prejudice. It's beyond the statute of limitations. Just as much 'over.'

he has infinite time to do anything he wants and the courts will let him get away with anything. if he shoots me the civil courts will probably still rule in his favor. give it up.
i'm so sick of people trying to analyze this logically. it's not a computer program. it's a bunch of dudes who HATE me, who HATE this website, and are looking for ANY excuse to let Greer get away with what he's doing. The judges are basically acting as his counsel, they're filing motions on his behalf, they're interpreting arguments he didn't make and don't exist, they're granting them based on standards that don't fucking apply and never have. Do you get it? We're the bad guys, therefore we don't get an easy way out of any problems, because we make fun of people. This is not the United States where there's a first amendment and equity in justice. This is the United States where copyright law is a free pass to do whatever the fuck you want, at other people's expense, and normal people can get fucked to death.
What am I going to do? Appeal to the 11th??? lol! appeal to the 10th???? lol!!!!!!!!! appeal to SCOTUS on an election year where the president just got shot at? LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! funny jokes.

I've said it before, the first Judge dismissing shows that Utah is willing to rule in your favor
The only reason this judge has let this farce go on for so long is because the appeals court basically ordered him to. He can't say it's bullshit and throw it out on the face of it because a higher court said it isn't bullshit.
Him tossing the case to Florida also shows a willingness to rule against Russ for inaction, and he only took it back because Florida broke the law to refuse taking the case, and he can't throw it back without breaking the same laws

I do not agree at all. I understand that it is extremely painful because you are intimately involved. But this court has ruled against Greer when it sent the case to Florida. Even if it did so for selfish reasons it shows that the court hates something more than it hates you.
Things seem to have a logic to them, even if that logic is immensely retarded.
Before you call me retarded consider that I predicted both that the Transfer to Florida would ultimately accomplish nothing and could be transferred back despite the rules saying it couldn't be transferred back. I predicted these things long before they happened.
Not everything I predicted has been right or will be right especially as I was learning how this case was different from other cases.
Remember when the case Melinda Scott filed against you without prejudice? You were extremely unhappy about that then for a legitimate reason. She had the ability to sue you again and you couldn't punish her for it because she didn't have any money you could take. But then she sued you again and lost with prejudice.

I do not care about him. I have never cared about him. If he's happy or not doesn't matter. If he's homeless or in a mansion does not matter. I am held at gunpoint by a court system that does not follow its own fucking rules, ever, to litigate a court case about copyright that has literally nothing to do with copyright and has never been about copyright and even in the fucking appeals decision has nothing to do about copyright.
This is replicable court based harassment that the court is actively participating in and setting up structure and precedent for. The court should not be inventing rules to give Russell more time, more chances, more opportunity when they know, absolutely and concretely, based off four years of filings, that nothing productive will come out of it. They are creating problems for me to pay to solve, without any promise that continuing to play by their rules will actually solve them.
Pro se litigants should be held to the standards of the court. They should not be favorably interpreted over and over again, not given free ammo they didn't ask for, not given time extensions that simply DO NOT EXIST in the books. It's fucking BULLSHIT, and there is NO appeals process for it because the appeals is WORSE. The cure is WORSE than the ailment.

The more bullshit cases there are, the more fees the courts get to collect. It makes alot of sense when you look at it from a self interest angle. The judiciary tries to be self funded, and even though a Pro Se mongoloid pays nothing, their victims invariably have too. Which is money in the bank as far as the judge is concerned.
That's my tinfoil theory anyway.
