There is simply no way that whoever the nom ends up being won't be allowed on the tickets. Dems get special treatment you see. Consider the states someone listed for you are also mostly swing states or lefty leaning.Anyone have a full run down of all the states where swapping out the nominee this late into the year is going to be a massive issue (as well as states where close to now)?
Going to call bullshit on this as far as inaccuracies.I would. Delaying the announcement of Biden's death for a few days does nothing for them: no matter what, until Kamala either loses the election or is formally inaugurated in January, if Biden is dead they lose the ability to freely pick their VP (she can nominate one, but congress gets final decision). They have no other benefit for hiding Biden's death, as Kamala being forced to take his place after a sudden tragic death could give a boost of sympathy from voters and excuse any stupid and unpleasant things she does for a while.
Prepare to laugh, because that is exactly the play they will be running. "We had our 80 year old candidate step down, now you have to ask yours!" They've already been trying to gaslight the people that Trump is the one with dementia, actually, for years (the 'walking slowly down a ramp' incident and the two handed water drink) and just recently some leftist harpies were calling his RNC speech as bad as Biden at the debate. Their anti-reality field has no upper limit.I'm going to laugh my ass off if they seriously to make Trump's age a factor. You cannot sweep for Biden for 4 years and then pretend you're worried that the next President is too old for the job.
How? No one liked him. Even Democratic partisans didn't like him, they just supported him and made excuses for him because Orange Man Bad. On top of that, Biden dropping dead would be confirmation to all but the most brainwashed of partisans that they've been lying to us this entire time about Biden's fitness and ability to do the jobReal talk, Biden dying (peacefully in his sleep) in the White House might unironically be what stops Trump.
Based off your definition isn't the Biden administration already committing wire fraud? It's quite obvious Biden does not use social media.Wire Fraud (each tweet and email impersonating Biden)
It would be really awkward for the vote if Kamala picks a running mate for after Biden's term that is different from the VP she has during the rest of the term. I agree that the likely result is Kamala just won't get a VP at all for the rest of the year. But again, hiding Biden's death gives almost a nonexistent boost to them, as it just slightly makes Kamala's VP less of a headache, and they don't have to risk Kamala being blamed for her run as president for the next 6 months - but she likely already won't be due to how chaotic the situation would be. Comparatively, the downsides of hiding his death are more massive than Trump's ego.Going to call bullshit on this as far as inaccuracies.
Kamala is fully free to pick a VP to run with her for the 2025-2028 term. No one can stop her. Biden dying only affects the VP for the remainder of Biden's term IE the rest of the year and first couple of weeks of January.
Also, everyone is super fucking Pollyanna in even THINKING that Kamala, if Biden died, would even be allowed a VP for the rest of the year/Biden's term. Because you'd need Congress to approve the new VP and more to the point, without a VP there is no tie-breaker vote in the Senate and no fucking way would the GOP allow that to happen since no VP would effectively kill all legislation going forward until the new President/VP that wins in November is seated.
Technically sort of yes, but we can presume that Biden is approving of all of these acts, so they aren't impersonating him, they're talking for him. Similar to any PR agent on a twitter that's not run by the celebrity themselves. Biden obviously can't approve it if he's dead, and forging documents with his signature on them is different from tweeting dad jokes.Based off your definition isn't the Biden administration already committing wire fraud? It's quite obvious Biden does not use social media.
There were Tweets going out on Biden's account while he was in the middle of debating Trump.
Then there was the time someone in the Biden administration accidentally posted a tweet on their personal account because they forgot to switch over to Biden's account.
The 25th Amendment stipulates that the Vice Presidency can't be left vacant. Before the 25th Amendment, the office was vacant a lot of times when the President either died or was killed and the Vice President succeeded to the Presidency (Teddy Roosevelt didn't have a VP for his first term in office). But, ever since Kennedy and the 25th Amendment, the position of Vice President has to be filled. Also, everyone is super fucking Pollyanna in even THINKING that Kamala, if Biden died, would even be allowed a VP for the rest of the year/Biden's term. MSNBC Lets the Biden Cat out of the Bag
By Brian C. Joondeph
Morning Joe, or “Morning Joke” as I like to refer to it as, is a propaganda arm for the Democrat party. But then again, so is CNN, network news, and increasingly more often, Fox News.
They are no longer even pretending to be apolitical or objective, like how the left still pretends that men can become pregnant.
Morning Joe hit that mark this past week.
Morning Joe is hosted by former US Representative Joe Scarborough and his wife Mika Brzezinski, running for 4 hours every weekday morning.
Joe was once a conservative Republican, but then caught the highly contagious Trump Derangement Syndrome virus, as did Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan, the Bush family, and many other former quasi-conservatives. Joe also had his share of controversy when a Congressional intern was found dead on the floor of his Congressional office. There is speculation regarding whether that was related to his resignation from Congress.
Mika is the daughter of Zbigniew Brzezinski, President Jimmy Carter’s National Security Advisor. Enough said.
On last Thursday’s show, Mika opined, "The Dems need to get it together. They really need to get whatever they’ve got going, going. Whatever it is, the problem should not be our candidate. The focus should be on Donald Trump"
Our candidate?
Joe and Mika’s candidate? Or MSNBC’s candidate? No surprise but there it is. If Biden is their candidate, is their show considered a campaign contribution to the Biden/Harris campaign?
The VP can be left vacant during the approval process. During this time the Speaker of the House will take the VP's position in the line of succession. The President Por Tempore of the Senate will probably take on the VP's official duties as necessary. Most likely the Senate would agree on some compromise candidate for all it mattered. Whoever's VP is only going to be VP for five months
Reminder that 90% of reddit political posters are bots and the few idiots who are genuine are just sheep following their herd.Clicking on "All" on reddit and watching all of the wide-eyed liberals instantly pivot from "Let's go Joe!" to "Fuck Joe he was too old. H'Yasss, slay Kween Kamala!" shows their true character.
Anyone who points out how Kamala locked up a bunch of black people when she was a DA is downvoted or replied to with "well, they were criminals, what do you expect?". Basically, "shut up you dumb fucking nogs, just vote for her anyway like you are all supposed to."
Buttchug/Whore 2024They called me a Madman.
It means nothing because astrology is just space-racist voodoo for low-IQ women and gays.No idea, someone else posted it upthread.
She had another one, too, though not nearly as specific, and could have just as easily come from a typical political analysts.

Well yes, there's probably a period of time where, by necessity, the Vice Presidency has to go vacant. But, under the 25th Amendment, the position has to be filledThe VP can be left vacant during the approval process. During this time the Speaker of the House will take the VP's position in the line of succession. The President Por Tempore of the Senate will probably take on the VP's official duties as necessary.
Not necessarily . Pick a ballot VP to run and campaign and represent The Future. Pick a rump VP to serve out 2024, give it to an oldie like Steny Hoyer or Ed Markey or even Pelosi or Schumer as a senecure and symbolic reward for a long career. They get to be in the history books and get a bigger pension for doing fuck all for 6 months. It would be really awkward for the vote if Kamala picks a running mate for after Biden's term that is different from the VP she has during the rest of the term.
I think AZ and Nevada are secure for Trump. WI, PA, and MI are gonna be a war. PA is Trump's best bet. I'd also keep an eye on Georgia. I expect fuckery to go down there.Nobody voted for Biden; they voted against Trump. Any Democrat, no matter how worthless, is just a TDS figurehead. The only important question is whether TDS is strong enough to get the vote within the margin of fraud in WI, PA, MI, and AZ.
I have some good news for you. There's a reason they kept her out of the spotlight as much as possible.at least Kamala can talk (unlike senile Joe)
I'd say they were all in play. Rust Belt voters are not going to go for Kamala. Furthermore, if AZ and NV are a lock, and Trump wins Georgia and Pennsylvania, that's the election.I think AZ and Nevada are secure for Trump. WI, PA, and MI are gonna be a war. PA is Trump's best bet. I'd also keep an eye on Georgia. I expect fuckery to go down there.
WI and MI should be written off now. They will be fortified—especially Michigan.
Maybe with Biden, but with Harris there is enough plausible deniability that Wisconsin is lost. Trump was never going to win Michigan with Biden either. I have family who lives there—the entire state is fucked. Whitmer has turned it into an even bigger shit hole than it already was and the meth/opioid addicts that still live there only care about more gibs and free drugs. That's before we even factor in the niggers and the immigrants who've flooded into the state. Plus, Whitmer has a stranglehood on the state. Trump could maybe irk out a win if there was no fortification, but with it he doesn't have a chance.I'd say they were all in play. Rust Belt voters are not going to go for Kamala. Furthermore, if AZ and NV are a lock, and Trump wins Georgia and Pennsylvania, that's the election.
This is assuming of course that Trump doesn't overperform, which he's been known to do. Who knows what he could flip? They're talking about Virginia and New Hampshire. He has no chance of winning New York but the margin is uncomfortably close.
