Something seemed off to me, but I'll not indulge in my schizo-brain and just do some side by side side profile comparison.

To me, it looks like him. It's really hard to replicate his signature brand of retard face. But his uncanny nature as a walking ghoul might trigger some alarms by default.

He's probably just brainfried and not really well at the moment, as has been the case for the past four years. Keep in mind he suffered a pseudo-stroke, too.
