Balldo Nicholas Robert Rekieta / Rekieta "Law" / @NickRekieta - Polysubstance enthusiast, "Internet shock jock" not-allowed-to-practice abortionist "lawyer", swinger, "whitebread ass nigga", snuffs animals for fun, visits 🇯🇲 BBC resorts. Legally a felonious, copyright cuck. End-stage career failure: normies know.

Or is this charge popping up now because the snitching on April has already begun
She could have welshed on her deal and now she's in the same boat. Aaron revealed April is shaking people down for money recently. Maybe Pimpin' told her she's clear and does not need to cooperate. Or she decided to do it to "save Nick". Or she was planning a runner with Nick as a fevered cocaine fantasy and Aaron was supposed to fund it. We'll find out eventually.

The charges came back for April and Nick's old friend "Judge Pussy Liquor" herself signed off on them. Maybe making a public appearance on WCCO TV with your whores while facing criminal charges wasn't the best move Nick. If April had walked away after the raid, she likely wouldn't be facing charges now. Brilliant move staying there.

you can just search the case number 34-CR-24-487 at the MN public records office to get both documents instead of viewing the version for ants.

i don't think any of the information is new. it looks just copy and pasted from the nick and kayla summons.

prisoner's dilemma analogies are apt. now the state actually has some leverage over april to come clean. the question is, what triggered this? i think it could be either 1) new evidence implicating april's original story was dishonest and she actually committed a crime, or 2) desperation on the part of the state that triggered them to need april to cooperate in sinking nick/kayla. or, a combination of both.

on 1) i'd find it hard to believe that april's public appearance with nick would trigger the charges being reinstated, unless they conclusively demonstrate some material falsehood in april's statement beyond what is publicly known. i don't see how publicly appearing with the rekietas is any evidence that she is living with them and therefore negating her story. maybe aaron made a statement to police to save his own skin?

on 2) the state could be just trying to plug potential loopholes. they could have realized that if both blame april but april doesn't have any charges then there's a chance that nobody is found guilty, i guess. so with her in the picture now they have some proper leverage over all three of the adults in the house on that day.

thank you for your public service, @MNPublicRecords

Amazing work! This file can apparently also be found in the MRCO system with the case number 34-CR-24-487. Here are the pdfs.
She has her first appearance in court on August 28th by Zoom.
you beat me to it!

It can't be the public appearance that caused this. The state filed their complaint on the 16th.

Or could it simply be that Nick's "prove it's mine" defense naturally would leave the state no choice but to charge all three so that process of elimination would leave at least someone on the hook, with all the potential for backstabbing that this prisoner's dilemma now presents? Or is this charge popping up now because the snitching on April has already begun? I guess we'll find out soon...
Honestly I was shocked they didn’t pursue charges when they initially had her credit cards right there with the drugs. Going to be interesting with how they roll Aaron into this. He’s either going to be a state’s witness or prosecuted.

Edit: when Stein pressed on juicy bits he refused to answer, like asking what he thought Kayla might think about Nick's having April as a gf now.
Vic says 'a real friend does not condone bad behaviour'.
Vic knows nothing about April and does not want to talk about his situation much. He is not a part of Nick's private life and does not want to be dragged through it.
I wouldn't really expect Vic to climb down in the gutter on this. He's too nice. He's not... well, us.

Really, by "Vic standards," it speaks volumes that he has explicitly disassociated from Nick's actions, and does not condone Nick's BS. Losing Vic is perhaps the most devastating in of terms former allies he's lost. Null would be a close second.

The bitch of it is that Nick's antics only serve to fuel the KickVic's continued campaign against Vic. They go with the "birds of a feather" narrative.

It's very frustrating. Nick is still indirectly fucking over Vic still.

Alex says 'it could be said [Nick] made his audience off you back', but he denied this.
He did. It was his first big break. Maddox was small potatoes. Then he blew up even further with Depp and Rittenhouse.

Nick lost the guy that started it all.

Interesting new matter of public record attached.
Whoever you are, thank you for your service.

(I am aware there's a better copy on MCRO, but you broke the news the charges are back and got people to go look, so good on you).

I don't disagree, but do you think he actually gives a shit about anything other than himself, maintaining his harem, and keeping the trap house(s) up and running?

He probably should care though, because if I were the State I would lean hard on April to flip on Nick.

I'm also betting Aaron is dancing right now.

Locking in that there will be April drama because Nick cannot fix this for her.

As much as Nick bitches about his haters, he and his 'friends' do more than enough to provide us entertainment.

Cow do it for FREE!

I am ready for this.

If the whore won't quit, we can't acquit.

Pretty strange that April's court documents are being sent to Nick's corporate PO box. I don't think it breaks any laws or rules, but it seems quite shady. Would she be able to receive notifications of deliveries to that PO box and retrieve them herself, or is she now entirely dependent upon Nick for that?

I'm guessing she spends so little time in the neighbouring house (where she supposedly lives) that she wouldn't notice if important mail had been delivered there.

I will give 100% credit to @MNPublicRecords for finding this, because the case doesn't show up if you just search her name. The case number is required to find it

Summary:

- Alex says he is 'on Nick's side' in this whole deal because friends stick by their friends in hard times.

- Vic says 'a real friend does not condone bad behaviour'.

- Alex says 'it could be said [Nick] made his audience off you back', but he denied this.

- Vic says he has not talked for Nick in a long time. He wants Nick to learn from his mistakes and make better choices. He will pray for him. Their interactions 'ended quite a while back'.

- Vic knows nothing about April and does not want to talk about his situation much. He is not a part of Nick's private life and does not want to be dragged through it.

- Vic would not give a lengthy statement for a huge Netflix documentary. He said a public prayer for Nick and Joe Biden.
Vic is a lovely person and this makes me even more sad for everything that happened to him. Nick should have to repay him personally for the legal fees Vic had to pay out on.

I am not a lawyer but he's contradicted his own stories so many times on stream that I don't see how they could put him on the stand.

I think Nick got caught in his lie saying April didnt live there, while Kayla openly admitted April was the live-in nanny. In addition to April literally moving back in with them after the arrest… these people are fucking retarded.
