So beyond the heresy about Christ he mixes up stories and fucks up the meaning.

The story about the woman asking Christ to heal her daughter who denigrates herself by calling herself a dog begging for scraps is not a Samaritan, she’s called a Canaanite in most passages (more important thing is that her people are totally alien and general enemies of the Jews). The entire story is Christ testing a Gentile and praising them despite his Apostles preconceptions. The previous part of Matthew 15 plays into this with Christ arguing with the Pharisees about the intention of words.
It’s another story where Gentiles are embraced.

The Samaritan woman is John’s gospel and is effectively Christ saying “Yeah, I am the Messiah and I am coming for all those with faith in the Lord.” Christ is bringing back the Samaritans into the fold. He’s basically calling out that the obsession with where the temple should be is retarded because those who have true faith on both sides suffer from that obsession.

His view on Mary is another long winded rant, but I’ll save that for later. I think most of us skipped his Bible explanations prior to his decline, but they are full of how retarded he is.

Mormonism and Jehovah's Witness are Christian heresies. I say this unironically. Although I despise both groups, I don't use the term heresy disparagingly, as they are both, by definition, heresies. They do not adhere to the Nicene Creed, which is what all branches of mainstream Christianity believe in. Regardless of whether or not you are a Lutheran, Catholic, Orthodox, Baptist, or Methodist, your denomination and faith are totally based on and derived from the Nicene Creed, established at the First Council of Nicaea in The Year of our Lord 325AD.

Mormons don't believe that he is the son only. Christ is god, and shares in all that God the Father has. The theology has alot to do with theosis, Christ occupies the central position as Savior and example.

Again, where Nick falls down hard is that he believes that Jesus's death, specifically planned as atonement for our sins, was never part of the plan. That he was supposed to rule the world as a mortal being, but God was apparently incompetent and impotent, and Jesus was killed in contravention of God's plan.

When, in fact, the Bible is quite clear that Christ's death was... the... plan. That he had to die to satisfy God's need for justice. The mortal world was not his kingdom. It's the entire fucking point of Christianity.

Example:

Jesus said, “My kingdom is not of this world. If it were, my servants would fight to prevent my arrest by the Jewish leaders. But now my kingdom is from another place.” - John 18:36

In essence, his views are completely incompatible with any form of Christianity I am aware of. This even includes the quasi-Christian offshoots like Mormonism.

Out of curiosity, I once asked @WelperHelper99 about what Nick said on Easter, and he was emphatic that the LDS would excommunicate his ass too (plus for all the degeneracy).

My belief is this is all driven by Nick really loving the idea of being the leader of a religious movement, and holding power and influence over people, but is turned off by the sacrifice part. He's a selfish egomaniacal narcissist with a God complex. It's creepy AF.

I don't really see the point of clinging to some really nebulous interpretation of Christianity which amounts to little more than secular leftism the way liberalized Christianity does.

That's why I'm confused about why Nick even cares about being part of a church and reading the Bible anymore. I thought he was part of a church for his kid's and wife's sake. Like it was expedient for him for the homeschooling aspect. The idea that somebody who lives only for his own pleasures and is willing to go so far as to screw over his wife and kids in the process of that has any interest in being a Christian is completely bonkers. Secular leftism is Christian atheism or the belief in Christian thought minus the divine.

Western morals and ethics are still entirely based on Christianity. The justification of modern degeneracy is based on twisting cosmopolitan Christian ethics. People do this even after inverting specific morals. I.e. fornication and adultery.
