I don't think you even can be charged for pot possession in MN anymore. At least in most circumstances. They are one of the growing number of states that has legalized recreational Marijuana use.

You still can potentially be charged. But you have to have more than what the law considers personal use quantities on you or in your home. Having over two pounds is where things start getting bad.

I swear to Christ never do another Bible stream, Rackets. I can’t take going through several pages of my fellow autists debating which religion is Christian or not. I just wanna catch up on the highlights and laugh at your drunk failure non practicing ass.

Maybe is my autism talking. But I find this post funny considering the character in your profile picture is the one in P5 where you mostly meet inside a Church.

The charges came back for April and Nick's old friend "Judge Pussy Liquor" herself signed off on them. Maybe making a public appearance on WCCO TV with your whores while facing criminal charges wasn't the best move Nick. If April had walked away after the raid, she likely wouldn't be facing charges now. Brilliant move staying there.
If only people had just told Nick to pull up in a heterosexual way instead of a faggy way. It's all our fault.

The charge isn't DOING drugs, it is possessing them. The state has to prove that she was in possession of the drugs that they found in someone else's bedroom. How do you suppose they can prove that beyond a reasonable doubt?
Does she really have the legal resources to fight that in court?(I'm sure she could just have Nick represent her. that'll work out great.) Sure she could in theory beat the charges but this is a perfect way for the state to show they aren't fucking around and unless she accepts a plea deal she's either going bankrupt, to the can, or both.

I don't see anything at all they could charge Aaron with related to Nick and company.
Technically this whole thing was a conspiracy to acquire and possess cocaine. If Aaron had a single thing to do with obtaining it he's on the hook for it all. Is it a really good case or a normal thing for a prosecutor to do? Not really, but if they can get one cooperating witness out of it (Aaron) it might be worth it as a threat. And so far they haven't thrown in any conspiracy bullshit against anyone else.

In any event, though, it looks like they're treating anyone they can physically locate at Nick's traphouse as liable.

It doesn't help that Aaron has been a retarded blabbermouth who can't STFU to save his life. You never know what exact thing you say gives them the final puzzle piece they need.

The court has all but said up front that's not going to be allowed.
Which makes no sense
It's only searchable by case number until you're convicted. That's now Nick and Kayla's cases are too.
I am not a lawyer but he's contradicted his own stories so many times on stream that I don't see how they could put him on the stand.
They routinely put even flakier crooks on the stand.
If she doesn't show they simply issue a bench warrant.
I wonder if that sack of shit has even told her she's being charged.

April is by far the dumbest one involved in this. Why is she still being seen with the Rekietas?
April's brain works on 100% materialism. Her deal-breaker for relationships boils down to: 'can this new man/benefactor shower me with luxuries more than my previous one (extra baggage that comes with the man be damned)? Her conscience is either muted or non-existent.

Level 1: Small-town factory worker gal with a lower middle class boyfriend (Devin I think his name is) meets up with local radio jock Aaron.

April's conscience: "Aaron is a divorcee, has 3 kids, a history of infidelity, and is quite a scumbag."
April's brain: "Don't care, his wallet is bigger than Devin's. Must. Have. Aaron $$$."

Level 2: Middle class youtube show co-host April meets up with fellow Minnesotan Nick Rekieta.

April's conscience: "Nick is a father of 5, he and his wife are sexual degenerates , they've developed quite a drug habit."
April's brain: "Oooh look 😍, he's got a Mustang! And a bigger house than Aaron! Must. Have. Nick $$$"

April is like a remote-controlled car stuck on forward gear that wants to get to the upper floor but keeps hitting the wall....until someone picks it up (richer man) and places it on the upper floor.

Despite the uber-shit situation she's in, subconsciously she's biding her time till a richer guy magically appears and whisks her away to the French Riviera.

Looks like Nick saying she was just visiting after being found in bedroom with Kayla along with Kayla saying she was nanny even after all their kids were taken did not play with the prosecutor after they flaunted the thruple on the news.
It's almost like just straight up lying to cops' faces like they're ignorant rubes pisses them off or something.
One thing I'll never forgive Nick for is turning this thread into AnswersinGenesis 2.0 with his terrible smug preaching.
I know it sucks but when some shitpile faggot of a cow says offensively stupid shit about things people take seriously they're going to comment on it. I mean if you could stand behind Crackets when he's streaming and bitchslap him until he gets Scripture out of his cockholster of a mouth, everyone would appreciate it.

But Nick's complete failure at understanding his own religion and the Bible is part of the fun. Not only is he a non-practicing lawyer pretending to be a lawyer, he's also a non-practicing Christian pretending to be a Christian. I'd be ok with a separate Heretic Nick thread, though.

Alex Stein is such a blatantly slimy media Jew when it comes to confronting people that are stupider than him/are disarmed by him and don't see through his shockjock talk show bullshit that I can't help but respect how honest he is about it. "...and I'm WITH Nick on a lot of these things!" Okay yeah sure you are dude. :story:
So he's into cucking, swinging, snorting cocaine, abusing children? What exactly is he "WITH" Nick on?

Maybe someone with more knowledge of the law can answer this, but since April is charged with 5th degree possession and it states that a black vial with 2.2 grams was found on her credit cards, if she takes the fall and says that cocaine was hers does that potentially knock the weight of the ounce charge against the Rekietas down to a third degree? I can definitely imagine Nick pressuring April and Kayla to take the fall since they were the ones in the room.

Wasn't Nick supposed to be streaming getting more cocaine this week?

FTFY!

I am working on a Canon of Balldo. It will be done eventually, and maybe that would be a good point to split off...

Yeah but I can’t stand the thread derailing into religious debates. I see enough of that nonsense in YouTube comment sections.

Excuse me, sir! Do you have a moment to talk about our lord and saviour, Jesus Christ?
