I suspect Ollie doesn't know what pOCD is, or has it confused with OCPD (Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder, which is more about being a perfectionist and wanting to control everything, including others). Kinda like how we make fun of him for very obviously fake crying at times - "I'm not fake crying, it's just the way I cry looks fake because I work on myself". Which doesn't actually make sense because crying isn't a mental health symptom, but I could see him latching onto something like that.
So the thing is about Olly, he makes it his business to know what something is about. He can't ever be in the position of not knowing, he will have double checked.
