I'm just so retarded that I don't see how this particular intervention would help the site or Null. I'm open to the idea that it can, but if this is limited to one user who agreed to a settlement being compelled to send a DMCA request for his own content then I'm not seeing the risk-benefit. If he uses Jarrod to send DMCAs for other things then the site is more impacted and it is even more outrageous/fightable in my retarded opinion.

I'm so retarded I don't even know if the DMCA can or should be accepted or rejected, just offering my takes.

The idea is that Asperlard is using his newly obtained slave to send legal requests and eventually even sue for him, thus circumventing his own vexatious litigant status. Which doesn’t really work, as Stabbins doesn’t understand that (according to my limited law knowledge) proxies are under the same scrutiny as he is. The DMCA is frivolous, this retard has NEVER filed a legitimate DMCA complaint and has relied solely on the fact that YouTube and other websites are pussies and would rather delete everything than face even an iota of scrutiny. Ultimately the only benefit, as of right now, would be to fuck with that faggot wereturkey.

I say bully him in the DMCA email and then wait for him to use his slavemonkey to sue, then shut it down hard.

What exactly is the Farms' stake in this? How much of a threat/nuisance is he to warrant this? I'm inclined to agree with this. This situation really doesn't concern the farms and getting involved in other peoples business generally isn't a good idea. Particular when everyone involved is more or less a shitty person. Besides that its unwise to take on too much at once and money tends to run out faster than anyone ever expects. Plus throwing around resources for lawsuits, particularly ones that don't really concern the site directly might draw the wrong kind of attention and convince enough people who hate the farms that enough is enough and to put enough resources of their own into fucking it. Don't forget how petty and vindictive some of these people can be. Watch one of these groups see you get involved in this situation, then come up with the idea of baiting you into another similar situation and the moment you do, dumping a bunch of money into a far more expensive lawyer with the goal of bleeding you dry of legal funds and fucking you over afterwards

I don't think it's like that. I only know contract law but it's a super fundamental thing internationally that a court can never order or enforce an agreement involving your human meat bag being forced to do anything ever. Like it's universally abhorrent, nevermind the 13th amendment, and always the first thing on the checklist. How does that apply to settlement agreements? No fucking idea, but I doubt it's a weird pitch at least.
