The Kiwi war chest is impressive, but I want to see it used to its maximum benefit. In the abstract, I'd love to see Acerthorn legally immolated, but I don't think I understand well enough how much direct trouble he's caused for us to have a strong opinion if it'd be worth the potential cost. Note that I'm a miser who hordes potions when I play RPGs and may be biased by really, REALLY wanting there to be sufficient resources to eventually bring all the pain to LFJ.

If there was infinite money I'd say yes, fuck the Turkey, but quite frankly winning the current lawsuit takes precedence and THEN can maybe be used as a means to free others of the gobbling wrath.

This may also go well with the farms acting in defense of itself, simply put interfering in a suite that, technically, doesn't involve the Farms may be seen negatively by a judge who is already presupposed towards negatively viewing an offense as a means of us engaging in retarded lawfare back, ignoring any principled stance.

If there's already going to be a "Kiwifarms vs Fat Retard (Stebbins)" then it's the smarter play to just hold the punches until then. There's no reason to help someone who hasn't asked for help, whom got himself into the situation himself, whom made the situation worse for himself, and (on top of all that) fuck over the Kiwifarms' legal street cred in order to fight a fight we're going to fight later with better legal footing. Also risking the fat retard potentially winning and getting one over the Kiwifarms now could have unforeseen consequences on future legal proceedings.

I shan't voot, however I shall advise as a non-practicing uppercase I internet armchair legal advisor that it would be retarded to start now, at most this could be a bullet we save for a later time when he's on the backfoot but that's all this amounts to in my non-practicing opinion.

I'm still holding my vote till after MATI when hopefully I'll understand the risk-benefit ratio better. Ultimately if "no" means censoring site, than I'm definitionally voting to sue. I couldn't care less if cow tipping idiot happens to benefit from it, and I wouldn't refrain from doing it out of concern that some idiot might benefit from it. I see lot's of people acting like they are willing to let the site burn down just to prevent one disliked person from incidentally benefiting.

I would vote for war if it weren't for the much more important ongoing litigation. Considering that the legal fund is not bottomless and the other suits are in an early stage, I think it would be wise to wait and see how those shake out first. A judge can make any of those cases 10x more difficult and expensive than expected just through bias, like the Greer case. Acerthorn's nonsense can be dealt with after those are resolved, or progressed further.
