If all it takes is $1800 to free a Kiwi (even an especially stupid one) from Acerthorn, count me in for a hundred. Assuming KF could pay the debt without incurring new issues, I think the sidepot idea is best.
I suspect that otherwise, Stebbins knowing Jones has a KF account will lead to more BS DMCA filings, that he will force Jones to do in compliance with the settlement.

IANAL, but if 1800 is all it takes to strip Stebbins of his new favorite puppet, I'd consider that money well spent.

I'd say it's not a clear case of fair use, commentary portion of the post is rather minimal. If he files a valid complain (and he'll figure it out at some point, just like Melinda Scott - another retard - figured out default judgement) it'll have to be taken down because the forum is US legal.

Also consider that Acerthorn is retarded white trash. Handing him $18000 is likely to be more of a curse than it is a boon. You'd be amazed by what kind of trouble such a person can get themselves into when they have a little bit of scratch to throw around.

I'm really mixed on this. Normally I would say avoid direct contact with the cows. Let Acer and Zel to their fates. But the fact that he is using some questionable settlement terms (did the court accept this?) to compel Zel to legally harass Josh and the Farms weighs in on going after him. This is a play by Acerthorne to get around his Vexatious status, and to harass a party that he is already under litigation with. Yes that seems quite actionable. I would go with Hardin's recomendations on this. At a minuet seek an injunction against Acerthorne against the harassment.
