I thought maybe he is a troll and this is all an act to make fun of trannies but I would say it's unlikely.

He has mental issues (imagine my shock 1) and his female "mental health worker" called him a narcissist (imagine my shock 2).

By his own admission, his nurses joke about him behind his back. An important lesson to all trannies: we're all laughing at you behind your back, and sometimes in front of you.

I recoiled in horror for the split second that I opened then immediately closed the spoiler. That was BURNED into my retinas.

There are some extremely unfortunate looking men in the world, and I’m sure that there are some faces that no amount of cosmetics or flashy eye/head wear could ever work on.

Even so, I think it’s a safe bet that transitioning AT ALL in such a state just instantly eviscerates any hope of shit getting better. He went from landfill to incinerate for fear of contamination.

Oh that's Ryan. He spends most of his spare time antagonising various administrative aspects of the British state to try and get them to recognise he's non binary. He had Rioley's futa surgery don't you know, he has an amhole AND kept his penis.

He's currently embroiled in a fight to get the Gender Recognition Panel to acknowledge him as non binary. They're refusing to issue a Gender Recognition Certificate that will change his legal sex to non binary, because that is not a sex we recognise legally in the UK, only M or F. You need a GRC to change your legal sex - most government agencies will change stuff like a driving license and a passport if its signed off by a doctor, but practically speaking it's a polite fiction. Birth and death certificates, marriage etc all revert to actual legal sex. It's why they were brought in, actually, to let transgender women marry their boyfriends back before gay marriage was legal. As a quirk the registrar has to call you a husband or a wife when you're getting married in the UK, and that has to be based off your legal sex - they're not allowed to say spouse or otherwise avoid saying it, and it has to be based off your legal sex (so trans people on their wedding day have to get misgendered if they don't have a GRC, which is something PhilosophyTube seethes about).

What he's seething about here is his NI number, which is a unique identifier for every person in the UK. Like with passports and driving licenses, the taxman will let people update their gender marker so they don't get misgendered by staff, but they still record legal sex because they have to keep track of if person #688486263 has received benefits or if they've contributed enough tax to receive a pension etc. and need to keep track across name changes and transition.

Ryan has an X on his American passport for non binary, but once again, that's not a concept here. He's complaining that they're noting down if he wants to be called either male or female while keeping track of him as a male. He is not able to get them to record his gender as X, nor ignore the fact that his legal sex is M, nor change his legal sex to X. He's been at this chicanery for years now ever since transitioning during covid.
