Indians don't really give a shit about tech or doctors or anything else they do, they just flock to it because it happens to be a high paying job. It took them 20 short years to discover the software market doing too well and until then they stayed the fuck over there.
It all starts with they scamming each others with loans and fake degrees and whatnot. Back in the day selling doctor and engineer was the hype thing, now it's programmer "like Facebook". They are so easily swayed by the media, maybe Modi should put "don't drink the cowpiss" ads on TV. These literal NPCs would eat it up, maybe.
Do kindly notice how they did not wanted to be lawyers, hmm, maybe they do know that their Verbal IQ is low and Schomo would just smoke them easily when it comes to bending the rules and definition.
India is the only country that has the shit mentality of finding somewhere else to go to shit up, nobody else has that mentality to that extreme. Indians are all mentally thinking they are just one day away from landing that work visa so the amount of lying has intensified. Now they think, if they can fine tune their lying in India and convince the bus driver to let them get on for free every day, they can lie their way to that sweet tech job in a white country.
Yeah. What I really dislike is nobody takes ownership. They just create a bureaucratic smokescreen and just kick the can down the road. As mentioned previously, they are all so replaceable, their survival mechanism is doing a bad job, but killing of all the corporate knowledge and cooperation so everybody must go though them.
Companies treat programming like it's invisible bullshit and also something only autistic basement dwellers do. They think they are smart for disrespecting their own product. This is especially hilarious if it's a software company start to finish and they're not just hiring them for one small one-off thing. You have to work with CEOs who spend all their time (and hundreds of thousands of company dollars) to live in a bubble to understand how this shit happens. There's no other industry like this because your average normie and CEO gets intimidated by how technology works. Jeets don't work in car repair because everyone has a cursory understanding of how a car works so telling someone some bullshit lie like "lol, I had to bill you for replacing the entire engine every day, lol" isn't going to work.
That makes sense. I am interested in tech, but newer got confident enough in my brains to actually grind the skills so I never really considered that the execs consider programming to be yet another email job.
Indians do know how to sell themselves if you don't know about the subjects at hand, they talk a big game with all the buzzwords.
Also, white programmers tend to be too honest and ownership "just gets tired of hearing them say no", while they fall for Indians kissing their ass and just saying yis.
They do know how to kiss ass and yeah, one of the reasons I don't like working in large organizations much that you go insane fast if you care about results or actually accomplishing anything.
From a dipshit CEO perspective where you don't have time to ever use the product one single time, and you rely on people telling you how things are going - jeets check all the boxes perfectly because they just suck dick and say yis it's done.
Mind you the CEO is increasingly a Jeet himself. So he basically imports his own vassals into the company. Would that create a maze of black boxes that haggle over resources and prestige? Reminds me of India. lol
