Found an interesting post on 'The Donald' claiming Harris is inelligable to be swapped out on the ballot in some states even if she secured the nonination because she is filed as vice-president rather than president in states who's filing deadlines have already passed. After taking into account states with laws to prevent faithless electors and swapping out candidates, GenXPatriot (the author) stipulates she is unable to gain the electoral votes of Alabama, Michigan, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
I think everyone knows the late switcheroo was bound to cause a ton of legal woes for the Dems, but I at least expect most states would follow Ohio and just make an exception unless the Trump campaign pursues every legal contention.

This would require the GOP use lawfare against the people who have spent the past 4 years specifically trying to jail a former president and anyone that supports him, and the past 60 years using the legal system to force cultural issues to go in their favor at the express objection to the will of the people. And doing so wouldn't be losing with dignity so they obviously won't do it. To wit: it would be uncouth of them to try and keep Kamala off the ballot or give the DNC some sort of headache to deal with while they're gearing up to destroy the GOP in whatever way they can, legal or otherwise.

If any such lawsuits occur trying to keep the cunt off the ballot it will be either Trump connected legal teams, some sort of nescient MAGA movement that's replacing the GOP despite the best efforts of the GOPe, or radical leftists that want her off the ballot cause she didn't kill Head Jew when he was giving a speech to congress last week.

Cavill is producing it so I doubt he walks. He suffered We Wuz Aen Sidhe and Fringilla Niggo, what made him snap is having to work with people so incompetent he had to write the screenplay for them, as he was the only one who actually read the books and liket them it seems. She got "hundreds of times more popular" because she's a Democrat, not Trump, and not Biden but might be considered "good enough" by Democrat voters. People barely knew who she was 4 years ago, let alone now, she's practically a completely new candidate who has yet to actually talk about policy beyond talking about vague "DEI and foreign issues." She's riding the wave of "well she was vice president to Biden so that means she has to be good since Biden was basically the reincarnation of Jesus compared to Drumph!!!" I expect more accurate polls (of course polls are most likely skewed towards Democrats anyways) eventually to show that support for Harris is less than support for Biden.
