2023 Israel-Palestine Armed Conflict

Crazy squirrel bitch is at it again. Just a reminder that losing a war does not count as genocide. And also that the Palestinian identity is completely manufactured from antisemitism and post-WW2 map drawing.

why are these tards always so obsessed with international orders like the ICJ, they have been completely dickless and much of their order was established by freaks with goofy utopian-style thinking in the aftermath of the Second World War.

Six killed in a drone strike in Tulkarm, including a female "medic":
According to Palestinian media, five were killed in the Israeli drone strike in the West Bank city of Tulkarem this morning, including two senior operatives.

The reports say that among the dead are Ashraf Nafeh, the commander of Hamas in the Tulkarem camp, and Muhammad Abu Abdo, the commander of the al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades in the same area.
This video circulating on social media is said to have been taken moments before the drone strike in Tulkarem, showing Muhammad Abu Abdo, the commander of the al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades in the area. It also shows an armed medic.
The IDF assesses that the drone strike in the West Bank city of Tulkarem this morning, killed at least six gunmen, including two senior terror commanders.

The two commanders were named by Palestinian media as Ashraf Nafeh, the head of Hamas in Tulkarem, and Muhammad Abu Abdo, the head of the al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades in Tulkarem.

The IDF used a ruse to bring the senior commanders to an area where they could be targeted, according to military sources.

Also among those killed was a female gunman who was dressed up as a medic.

The IDF raid in Tulkarem this morning was part of a series of operations against terror activity in northern West Bank refugee camps.

The military says it has recently identified attempts by by the Gaza Strip-based Hamas and Islamic Jihad to ramp up attacks in West Bank, including by funneling money and providing know-how.

The IDF recovered the bodies of five hostages from Khan Younis:

The Israel Defense Forces says it has recovered the bodies of four Israeli hostages, two civilians and two soldiers, during an operation yesterday in Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

The hostages are Maya Goren, 56, Oren Goldin, 33, Sgt. Kiril Brodski, 19, and Staff Sgt. Tomer Yaakov Ahimas, 20.

All were killed by Hamas terrorists on October 7, and their bodies were kidnapped to the Gaza Strip. The military had previously announced their deaths, based on intelligence information and other findings following the onslaught.

Goren, a Nir Oz kindergarten teacher, was setting up the kibbutz kindergarten space early on October 7 when Hamas terrorists attacked the community, killing her and kidnapping her body.

Goldin was a member of the Kibbutz Nir Yitzhak security team, and was also killed battling the terrorists.

Brodski and Ahimas served in the forward command team of Col. Asaf Hamami, the commander of the Gaza Division's Southern Brigade. All three were killed and abducted near Kibbutz Nirim amid the onslaught. Hamami's body still remains in Gaza.

The IDF says it had accurate intelligence that allowed troops with the 98th Division and members of the Shin Bet security agency to reach the site in Khan Younis and recover the bodies, amid a new offensive in the city in the southern Gaza Strip.

It is now believed that 112 of the 251 hostages abducted by Hamas on October 7 remain in Gaza, including the bodies of 40 confirmed dead by the IDF.

Hamas released 105 civilians during a weeklong truce in late November, and four hostages were released before that. Seven hostages have been rescued by troops alive, and the bodies of 24 hostages have also been recovered, including three mistakenly killed by the military.

One more person is listed as missing since October 7, and their fate is still unknown.

Hamas is also holding two Israeli civilians who entered the Strip in 2014 and 2015, as well as the bodies of two IDF soldiers who were killed in 2014.
The body of a fifth hostage, Ravid Katz, was also recovered by the IDF from southern Gaza's Khan Younis yesterday, the military announces.

Katz was a member of the Kibbutz Nir Oz security team, who battled the terrorists on October 7, before being killed and his body abducted.

His body was recovered from Khan Younis along with four other hostages slain on October 7: Maya Goren, 56, Oren Goldin, 33, Sgt. Kiril Brodski, 19, and Staff Sgt. Tomer Yaakov Ahimas, 20.

It is now believed that 111 of the 251 hostages abducted by Hamas on October 7 remain in Gaza, including the bodies of 39 confirmed dead by the IDF.

Lol @ all the Gaza drones on social media making a big deal about that ICJ ruling as if anyone gives a single fuck about what that kangaroo court says.

Where was the ICJ with their impotent rulings when the Armenians were being forced out by the Azeris. Oh yeah, they didn't give a fuck because it was Muslims fucking with Christians.
The ICJ also said that they didn't even charge Israel with Genocide. They said that "maybe if the Palestinians wanted to, they could have standing to be seen as a separate group if Israel was ever commiting genocide" oh and "Israel needs to tell their dipsit minister of dumpster diving to shut the fuck up because that could be used as evidence against them". In layman's terms this is a kin to the judge deciding (in a murder case) that the person shot was definitely not a car, it might even be made of carbon.

Read or watch her interview.

Has anyone else noticed that the new number that pro-Palestine people keep repeating now is 186,000? The source seems to be this article from the Lancet. It's a correspondence, and therefore (probably) not peer reviewed, but its methods are... questionable. Essentially they take Hamas' numbers (already a shaky foundation) and then multiply them by 5.

It's surrounded by a lot of faff and moralizing, so here's the part where they explain their methods
Applying a conservative estimate of four indirect deaths per one direct death to the 37 396 deaths reported, it is not implausible to estimate that up to 186 000 or even more deaths could be attributable to the current conflict in Gaza.

I'm surprised that I haven't seen anyone else talking about the silliness of this current talking point which will inevitably become yet another zombie fact we'll see them repeating for decades and decades to come.

I've seen a lot of that number from anti-Israel SJWs lately.

Surprised they didn't multiply Hamas' numbers by 8 or 9 since conventional wisdom is civilian deaths make up 80-90% of victims in wars.

Suicide bombings stopped being effective about 15 years ago after the Israelis built the walls and set up strict border security to rigorously screen any Palestinians trying to enter Israel.

Yup.. The walls and fences are something western morons/progs/leftists refuse to stop screeching about too. The selective memory of a goldfish.

Pro-terrorists and other fuckwads like this make it really painful to have to reject ideas like the patriot act and ejecting people out of the country regardless of where they were born. At the very least we should be checking the status of every single one of these people. If their continued existence here is at our discretion, get them the fuck out! Shit like this should always be looked into and continually so, for visitors, migrants, refugees, students and everyone else without full citizenship. (we should also probably, legally, distinguish between types of citizenship.. birth, immigration/granted etc.) It's bad enough we have to live with retards born here, no fucking reason we should be tolerating, let alone rewarding, foreigners like this too.

Oh crap.. This kind of nonsense reminds me of the iraq body count bullshit of the past. Where they did shit like count a death listed from every source as different if they couldn't ID the victim from the info to their standards, and from door to door sampling of people done by "local" orgs there. ("has anyone you know been killed?" type stuff etc.. OC falling into the same issues of the media reports) Progs, leftists and anti-war types loved those types of games. OC the modern media pushed it all as legitimate questions about the much more scientific, factual and official attempts at numbers.

I think that that’s where the Hamas numbers come from

Saying that 4 out of 5 deaths is a civilian is 80%. And keep in mind, the IDF claims that half of the deaths are civilian, so this would probably bring it up to 90% civilian deaths… except that this is based on Hamas’ numbers which included over 10,000 extra women and children, so it would be even higher than 90%.

But the reason that they didn’t use an even higher multiplier is probably because it already is straining credulity to claim that almost 10% of Gazans have died, if they tried to claim 20%… aww, who am I kidding? These people would believe that 90% of Gazans have died.

Ten killed and many wounded in a Hezbollah rocket strike on the Druze city of Majdal Shams in the Golan:
IDF Spokesman Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari in a press conference says the Hezbollah rocket attack on Majdal Shams killed 10 children and youths.

"All the fatalities are children, aged 10 to 20. We share in the grief of the families and embrace the Druze community in its difficult time," Hagari says.

He says that according to an initial probe, rocket sirens had sounded in the town in the Golan Heights "but this is an immediate alert, too short."

"From the Israeli Air Force's investigation it has emerged that a single rocket" struck the soccer field in Majdal Shams, Hagari says, adding that the military is further investigating.

He says that there are no changes to Home Front Command guidelines currently.

"In the past hour, Hezbollah has been lying and denying responsibility for the incident. Our intelligence is clear, Hezbollah is responsible for the murder of innocent children," Hagari says.

"Once again the brutality of Hezbollah as a terrorist organization is exposed. This is a very serious incident and we will act accordingly," he adds.

The death toll has risen to eleven:
IDF Spokesman Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari says the toll of the Hezbollah rocket attack in Majdal Shams has risen to 11.

He says the rocket fire that led to the deaths of 11 children and youths is the most serious attack on civilians since Hamas's October 7 onslaught.

"Hezbollah is behind this disaster and is responsible for its consequences. We embrace the families of the dead and wounded, and the entire Druze community, citizens of the State of Israel," Hagari adds.

MDA medics declared 10 of the victims dead at the scene, and more than 30 were taken to hospitals.
Hezbollah initially took credit for the attack, before DFEing when they realized they murdered a bunch of Druze children instead of Jewish ones:

Can't wait until I hear conspiracies that "Oh Israel totally let a rocket hit some Druze village to make Hezbollah look bad" or some fucking bullshit like that.

Welp RIP southern Lebanon. Pretty sure this tit-for-tat bullshit with Hezbollah will be wrapping up soon and we'll see a proper response against Hezbollah soon. Maybe we'll get livestreams up of southern Lebanon being churned up.

I thought they wouldn’t care as Druze were infidels? Or is it just a case that they don’t want Druze coming down from the mountains to start a guerrilla war against them with their being no international community to hold them back?
