Yes, and that was when it was scheduled in the previous CHIPS hearing (ERC omnibus). It'll take time for the documents to percolate through the court system, though. A decision by the court is expected within 15 days (which rolls to Monday August 12th).

As far as the CPS legal activity goes, attempting in those proceedings to challenge the science of hair tests or go after CPS because the kids said the wrong thing to CPS is utterly futile.
