I hope the judge throws the fucking book at him and his hoes. If there is a way for the judge to throw a book at Nick's asshole parents who raised an asshole narcissist I hope for that too (I know there isn't, but I can dream.) Also, listening to Nick is almost unendurable due to the nasal whininess of his voice and his general slimy-ness. He isn't a valiant Gadsden snake, he's a worm slithering from under a rock.

I don't know if Chrissie still does that thing of deleting the stream and re-uploading it later again, so I uploaded a 1080p Mega Archive:

Nick claims they went for unconditional release because random drug testing costs $75 a pop, so "you just have to do the math" to figure out that paying $10,000 bail is cheaper
Holy fucking cope, Batman. Yeah, I’ll do the math. Even if they tested him once a week after the arrest up until the trial, that’s 13 weeks which adds up to less than $1,000. Last time I checked that’s substantially less than 5K.

No one believes this shit. Not a judge nor jury in this world is going for this. He paid the bail so he could still do drugs. No, not every recreational drug user (say someone who smokes weed or does X at a party) is a problem. Nik/Kayla/April are NOT recreational drug users.

They had coke and Ketamine in their own bedroom, located in the same house occupied by 5 children. This is unsafe not only because the kids could potentially access it, but most importantly because the adults being under the influence poses a danger to them and their safety. If you’re drunk/high and one of your kids gets hurt playing outside, are you able to take care of the situation? NO. Are you even able to wake up and cook 3 meals a day, plus snacks, do housekeeping such as laundry, and help with schoolwork or hobbies? NO.

Please fuck off with this nonsense, Nik. It’s gross, it’s ignorant, and it’s insulting to our intelligence.

He doesn't seem to have given up on attacking the warrant yet:

I love him answering the question about his under the table blowie at 1:41:30. He claims he was pressing on his leg to try to get a pain response to try to stay awake. I know when I'm falling asleep I look down at my crotch and say "Why are you doing this? Why now?" And he immediately follows it up with "I really WISH I was jerking off."

She might delete the live chat later since it was so negative, but Nick kept angrily responding to chatters with his usual sassy "Nope, never happened" style responses.

Nick just implied he didn't know the coke was in his house. He's really going to try and pin this all on someone else.
I'm picturing Andy and Ashton on the stand at the same time like it's Phoenix Wright.

Prosecutor: Will you two state your names and occupations?

Andy: Ash! I think Rekieta is trying to blame us for the coke!

Ashton: That's why we're here - but that doesn't matter because Judge Pussiliquer HAS JUST GIFTED! FIVE! SUUUUUUBS!

Andy: Let's fuckin GO!

That's it. I missed the first 18 minutes. This stream is a goldmine of veiled references to his case and his defense strategy.
So basically he managed to spend an entire stream without saying a single true thing, even denying Patrick S. Tomlinson style that he is charged with child neglect, despite anyone being able to look it up. (He may be playing technikieta again since he's MERELY charged with the gross misdemeanor of child ENDANGERMENT because of the drugs and firearms). He's fucking delusional if he thinks he's doing his case any good. I guess he's realized he's not going to testify because prior dishonesty is always a hearsay exception in impeaching a witness's testimony.

Wasn't it in his safe in the bedroom? The "it wasn't mine and I don't know who" bullshit will be laughed out of court. I hope he tries it.
That is even more sad and pathetic than the 14 year old telling his mom the weed in his sock drawer isn't his.
Holy fucking cope, Batman. Yeah, I’ll do the math. Even if they tested him once a week after the arrest up until the trial, that’s 13 weeks which adds up to less than $1,000. Last time I checked that’s substantially less than 5K.
I don't think Mr. "107 Degree Fever" is very good with numbers. I'd go so far as to call him an innumerate retard.

Chrissie asks Nick, what are the two biggest rumors he would like to dispel. He says I) that he’s charged with neglect, (claiming that’s a rumor, when anyone can read his charges, & II) that he’s refusing drug tests, which he goes into typical Nickger detail over:

TLDW: He actually claims he’s not charged with neglect. Look at his charges, one of them is neglect. He also says he’s paying $750 per person on drug tests monthly. Good. Coke clears the blood stream in approximately 48 hours, btw. He says they get tested every 2-4 days.

New poll idea, who's he going to try to pin this all on:
  • Kayla Rekieta - Mother to his children, the other adult confirmed to be staying at the home.
  • April Amhole - Live-in nanny, or not. Nick's main hoe, but he could always trade her out.
  • Aaron Amhole - Hadn't visited the home in weeks; a longshot, but could get the Qover off.
  • The Children - Farfetched, but Nick's brain damaged mind might think they'd make a good fall guy.
  • The Cops - Cops plant evidence in the homes of rich white trad dad lawyer Youtubers all the time.
  • All of the Above - This small town gubmint conspiracy runs really, really deep.
Is it going to be one of those things where Nick goes in and says 'not guilty' and Kayla says 'guilty, it was all me'? Would that get him off the hook?

Could Kayla take the rap if Nick's been buttering her up all this time?

He claims he was pressing on his leg to try to get a pain response to try to stay awake.

Yes stalker child. Nick was totally just pressing his leg.
There was nothing sus at all happening.

I created this video so you prudes can see how it was just a leg pressing issue happening:

Balldo is back on the drugs.
He's looking pale and strung out again.
He looked healthier for the first couple of weeks after those kids were rescued from that sickening situation, now he's looking back to his junkie self.
He couldn't give a fuck about those kids, and he's not gonna get them back as long as he refuses to cooperate with CPS.
Nor should he.
This selfish fuck upended the lives of five children so he could stick his dick in the Fleshlights rotten snatch and get drunk and high.
He exposed his daughter to cocaine.
Those kids are better off away from this freak.
Its hard for them but in the long run its just not a safe environment mentally or physically.
He didn't even take the time to make sure they were fed, washed, and had clean clothes.
He's an unfit parent and a fucking disgusting joke as a Father.

The kids being safe and out of the house is the best thing for them, and he doesn't want them back anyway except for his own ego.
It's funny watching this bitch seeth trying to tell everyone how much he doesn't care and we have it all wrong.
We were right about everything, thats why he's so assmad.

We know it isn't true, because anyone actually innocent of having drugs planted in their house by the cops/Aaron/Eric July/whoever, they probably would be desperate to assert their innocence and concerned with proving their moral character and total lack of being a junkie.

Meanwhile Ricky Rackets the Rail King is still partying it up with him and his junkie wife and live-in crack whore and dodging every single question.

If I was April I’d be worried. Her credit cards were found and tested positive for that Colombian marching powder making her the next obvious person if Nick manages to convince the court the coke in HIS safe by HIS firearms wasn’t his. Will Nick flip on his side ho? Funnily enough April might be saved if her ex husband testifies.

Probably not. The prosecution would not drop the charges against Nick. Kayla would have to take the stand in Nick's trial, tell a story that would convince a jury that Nick was completely innocent and then survive cross-examination on the stand by the prosecution. She would be pleading guilty to all the drug and neglect charges. She would also be possibly exposing herself to new charges were she to lie in her testimony.

This fucking asshole is trying to compare the danger of having bleach in the house to transforming your house into a cocaine den.
This kind of disingenuous logic won't work with any reasonable person.
Protip for Nick in his attempt to appear sober, most people are not one-handing a cup of "water" 24/7.

I've thought about this, and if I were falsely accused of having coke in the house and neglecting my kids I'd want the hair follicle tests released to the whole damn world, along with the body cam footage to show my house looked perfectly normal (and to hopefully show the police planted the drugs)
I'd be screaming from the rooftops that I've never done coke in my life, not saying shit like "well the state hasn't proven anything yet" and "all my recent drugs tests have been clean" while refusing to give the first one to the CPS.

Prove everyone wrong, Nick!
I believe that is it, he is just trying to own the Interweebs because what else could he possibly think to achieve with this bullshit? Even if CPS ignores the evidence of the drugged kid they still had a dirty, cluttered house with loads of drugs and at least one unsecured weapon in the bedroom... he´s literally just trying to own the Karen Farms bringing out a random "expert" just to be dismissed at court if it comes to his criminal trial.
