So basically he managed to spend an entire stream without saying a single true thing, even denying Patrick S. We know it isn't true, because anyone actually innocent of having drugs planted in their house by the cops/Aaron/Eric July/whoever, they probably would be desperate to assert their innocence and concerned with proving their moral character and total lack of being a junkie.Nick just implied he didn't know the coke was in his house. Probably not. The prosecution would not drop the charges against Nick. Kayla would have to take the stand in Nick's trial, tell a story that would convince a jury that Nick was completely innocent and then survive cross-examination on the stand by the prosecution. She would be pleading guilty to all the drug and neglect charges. She would also be possibly exposing herself to new charges were she to lie in her testimony.
Protip for Nick in his attempt to appear sober, most people are not one-handing a cup of "water" 24/7.
I've thought about this, and if I were falsely accused of having coke in the house and neglecting my kids I'd want the hair follicle tests released to the whole damn world, along with the body cam footage to show my house looked perfectly normal (and to hopefully show the police planted the drugs)
I believe that is it, he is just trying to own the Interweebs because what else could he possibly think to achieve with this bullshit? Even if CPS ignores the evidence of the drugged kid they still had a dirty, cluttered house with loads of drugs and at least one unsecured weapon in the bedroom... he´s literally just trying to own the Karen Farms bringing out a random "expert" just to be dismissed at court if it comes to his criminal trial.
