It will work if you change a setting in Firefox though. Type about:config in the address bar, search for security.fileuri and change the value to false as shown below. Then it works. Make sure you change this setting back to true afterwards. (If you're on Chrome or a Chrome based browser like Brave you're on your own.)

Also I've managed to split the zip into two pieces so they're small enough to upload here. They're attached below.

I'm sorry these steps are long and retarded but I felt it was important to have a local archive and I had to work around the forum's restrictions.

Instructions:
  1. Download BOTH files.
  2. RENAME Groomle_Parts.z01.zip to Groomle_Parts.z01 (delete the .zip on the end). You should now have two files: Groomle_Parts.zip and Groomle_Parts.z01
    1. I'm sorry this is gay and annoying but the forum is a homo and won't let me upload a file with the extension z01, so I had to rename it to "trick" it.
    2. If you can't see .zip and .z01.zip you need to enable file extensions in settings because Windows is a homo and hides them from you.
  3. Unzip the Groomle_Parts.zip file. (You do not need to do anything with the other file the program handles it automatically.) This will combine both parts into one.
  4. A single Groomle.zip file will appear. That is the fully combined zip file. (You can delete the Groomle_Parts files if you want.)
  5. Unzip Groomle.zip.
  6. Don't ask me why you have to unzip it twice I'm not the pajeet who made the zip program.
  7. A folder named Groomle will appear. Open the search.html page inside. (If nothing happens when you press the search button it's probably because of the problem above.)
