Arabs kill unarmed children. Again.
Most of them are unhappy with Israel because as @I glow in the dark says, they are Muslims; in the case of the Kurds specifically, being unhappy with the existence of Israel shouldn't be confused with anger at the existence of Jews.
Some fall for the Ummah meme, others (particularly the Kurds) view themselves as Palestinians and whatever asshole government (in the case of Kurds, Principally Turkey and Saddam when he was still breathing) as Israel so they have a natural sympathy for people wanting the return of stolen land from said asshole government. Being (especially for the Kurds) they are usually not in direct contact with Palestinians, this is an easy stance to hold.
In a sloppy metaphor, Its sort of like religious groups who take the CCP to task for oppressing Falun Gong - if they had one of the deep hill FG sects operating in their area, they wouldn't stand for that looney tunes shit either.
A lot of it is also these ethnic militia need money, and Oil Sheik money props up Palestinian militia. So if you are an ethnic militia operating in the middle east, you need money & weapons. Doing things for one Palestinian Arab cause or another is a great way to get those. So at a PR level a lot of them are going to express at least surface level support for the palestinian struggle.
A lot of them would like to achieve what Israel did, but they are going to generally express anti-Israeli sentiment if for no reason than that's local social climate. Like how companies make their logos rainbows for June.
Heavily Orthodox Jews are still butt mad at them about this exact, specific thing. Rabbis condemning them hell and such.
Non-Orthodox practicing Jews are mad at them for reasons that stem from this fact, Rabbanical lies about Samaritans being heretics. They were just taught they were bad and never had cause to look into it.
Secular Jews have usually the same issues - they know they are heretics and did crimes against jews but the details are vague or complete lies.
Since there's almost no Samaritans left, this isn't a real pressing concern - unless you are a Samaritian trying to get access to do some of your ceremonies in areas controlled by the Jews. Though Secular Israeli professed tolerance for religious minorities has made that less of a issue since at least Yom Kippur.

That said, the religious minorities in Israel have more freedom than any Muslim country.
Also because as long as you aren't Turk (or a Baathist) or otherwise done something to piss them off, the Kurds are generally friendly people; they may not have warm fuzzies about Israel but don't believe all Jews need to be murdered on site. So "someone who doesn't automatically hate you before you've even met" is about as warm of a welcome as possible for a Jew in the middle east.

At the root of it, Jews are still big-mad that the Samaritans didn't engage in insurrection against the Babylonians and thus didn't get sent into exile and were left alone in peace*. The Arabs hate them because they aren't Arabs. The Turkeys hate them they aren't Turkic. And because unlike both ethnic groups they aren't utter garbage at war. Turks, specifically the Ottomans when they came to power, were seriously super mad about getting their shit dunked on by Saladin - he not only held off the Crusaders but put down a lot of Turkic pretenders and rulers who were more loyal to Ethnic lines than religion.
Sort of. The Israeli government is somewhere between "Early 1900s US" and "Current Day Iran" in how the government is secular on paper but also beholden to the State Religion. And if some ranking religious twat gets a bugaboo about this or that issue, the government is going to have to cave and appease them. So were Christians. In the early days, Muslims actively DISCOURAGED conversion because every muslim was entitled to a cut of the early tax, protection, and plunder haul.
