State's rights is what allowed your and my home state to have gay marriage while the rest of country didn't, change doesn't happen federally if it can't be seen locally and state's right is what allows for that. The fight for legalized gay marriage would likely be three or four steps behind where it is today if it wasn't for said state's rights. But you know what maybe we should have duked it out with the other 50% of the country.

Don't forget legalizing marijuana on a state by state basis. It doesn't nullify federal laws but it means if the feds feel like it they have to pony up the money and resources to go after every dude with a joint themselves.

Bob's seriously getting even more retarded with every day that passes after the election. Countries that have high rates of economic inequality cannot afford to fuck around with social justice issues because a good chunk of the population (Be it minorities or not) don't know if they can put food on the table tomorrow. If you are going to guarantee the welfare of the population on equal terms you need to make sure almost everyone has an acceptable quality of life first.

Also what's the fucking point of subtweeting directly at him if everything his opponent says will be dismissed with such witty and thought provoking responses as "Sigh..." or "((ANIME AVATAR LOL))"?
