The thing is, if this was a normal medically necessary surgery like an appendectomy, listening to the surgeon would be the common sense route. But with stinkditches and rotdogs, profit incentives and extremely high complication rates need to be taken into account.

Then eventually severing the end attached to her stomach; which has not been done yet. She's over the whole process and just wants it to end. This method is done in France by a urologist called Dr Jean Etienne Terrier

This actually seems like a less retarded way to go about it than simply cutting a chunk of her arm for the rotdog. her pictures look really fucking islamic but at least this might bring less complications for her, I'm curious about how it will turn out.

That's not accurate. If someone has a deep pressure ulcer on their sacrum and is incontinent of stool, for instance, there's no way to keep a dressing clean and in place without fecal diversion. Sometimes you can use a fecal management system, but those leak, require the exact right consistency of stool, and cause their own tissue erosion. A rectal tube won't work in someone who's fully ambulatory like this guy; it's more of a solution for a paraplegic whose skin broke down from the deadly combination of incontinence and lack of sensation.
A "diverting ostomy" is placed with the explicit intent of reanastomosis later, after whatever's gone wrong further down the pipe has healed. You also see this strategy used with colorectal cancer or severe inflammatory bowel disease: poop doesn't help anything heal, so better to expel it from higher up where there isn't anything delicate to infect or excoriate.
Of course it's possible that this guy's surgeon will place a loop ileostomy with high hopes and never be able to take it back down again, either because the neovagina doesn't heal and the troon won't give up on it, or a 41% situation. But temporary ostomies are a common, common sense solution.
