Project 2025 getting canned honestly isn't going to make the leftists happy or stop an argument. Even before the announcement there were talks that Trump actually does plan to follow 2025 and is just being coy in public, or that his Agenda is very similar to 2025 so it doesn't matter. At this point I believe Trump could personally execute everyone involved with 2025 and do the exact opposite of every point listed and they'd still accuse him of following 2025.

Melania was the first one I remember who seemed like if a poor person approached her on the street without cameras on, she wouldn't recoil and act in disgust. She is beautiful and elegant to look at, but still seems human and smiles with warmth. You can tell a lot about a woman by how she is as a mother, and I feel that Melania has done well with Barron and if anything prioritized him over being FLOTUS more than a few times.

In the 90s the right wing was the straight edge boring people like Mitt Romney and the left wing was full of weirdos who no one could take seriously. Slowly they gained acceptance but when they came to power they used it against the weirdos on the right and even moderates. They systematically attacked all the niche hobbies fully capturing things like video game journalism and used it to manipulate and drain those hobbies. It wasn't even just hobbies but actual political movements too like the reddit athiest.

The difference in 2016 is that all the weirdos forced to remain silent and co-opted finally broke off into their own faction behind another left wing weirdo who switched parties for similar reasons Donald Trump. So really the weird thing is just the 2 weirdo loser factions that have fully captured both major political parties and are not directly fighting.

We saw the RNC and how bizzare it was this cycle. Like a brand new political party being formed out of primordial goo with only a shadow of its original form. Hopefully we see similar at the DNC.
