It is both fascinating and terrifying how blatant it is when Andy takes the mask off.

When he's angry, he becomes far more outwardly lucid. He uses proper grammar, has better enunciation, he recites disability law, spouts legal jargon, smarts off at authority figures, and curses. He also does this sometimes if he is "sad."

But any other time it's toddler speak, sped speak, using Andyisms (aboosin, hospul), head banging, pooping himself, etc. It's so obvious to anyone with more than 2 brain cells but that does not make it any less jarring.

so i read my screenshot again....it looks like part of the conditions of bail are seeing an actual psychiatrist and following their suggestions, etc. nice. so hes not getting the sexy nurses indulging his shit fetish, hes getting a real psychiatrist that gives no fucks about tossing him back in jail if he starts acting a fool. love it! he is getting exactly what he deserves.

Typically those judges have more discretionary authority to divert cases away from criminal punishment. Someone can help with why a grand jury would be empaneled (Ditch's felony charge?), I'm unsure of OH alt-courts.

The judge can very well use his previous records to determine a proper course of treatment. The Cleveland PD put his recividism (and malingering-ness) into the record, the judge will see it. Probably will get a lesser sentence, sure, but it will likely be contingent on successful completition of therapy and/or counseling. Imagine it as "medical probation".

Guessing he'll be put in some form of transitional housing as a result and acting up there - shitting himself to get his way, yelling at counselors or not completing all requirements set up by the court (maybe a requirement to maintain gainful employment in addition to all med. health requirements) will put him back on a normal criminal justice path.
