Dave Brian Muscato / Danielle Tatiana Muscato / Danielle Brian Muscato - Half-Assed Trans Activist, Fully Arrested, Rape Appropriator, Currently Trying to Extort His Parents

Dave replied to someone who brought up his legal issues, and has this to say about his felony fraud charges:

I have no doubt Dr. Joe gave him a letter saying he was allowed to use his account at the country club. I have no doubt this letter existed all along, which is why he was arrested, and is in the midst of being prosecuted for such. 99.99% chance that if a letter exists, Dave made it himself. Plus, I thought he was "No Contact" with the genocidal war criminal that is Dr. Joe Muscato? How would he have this letter if true? I've never seen Dave mention this before, but NOW that is the reason he is suing Dr. Joe, not the other long list of made up bullshit he constantly spews. Didn't someone else just post recently that his case was continued once again? If he had such incredibly powerful exculpatory evidence, and it was provided to the prosecution, there should have been a prompt summary dismissal of all charges, no? Obviously that hasn't happened.

Dave needs to work on his lying and bullshit, he appears to be losing the narrative at this point.

Also, can't one misgender to their heart's content on Twitter now, as a result of a decree handed down by Musk The Great & Autistic? Plus, how can one misgender Dave when he literally makes no effort to look like a woman. You show his photo to 100 people, 100 people would say "That's an ugly little man" without a second of hesitation. If a troon doesn't literally even try, they shouldn't complain when people call a spade a fucking spade. Of course, they will anyway. If troons didn't constantly bitch and complain they would have 50% less on their "To Do" list, with the other entry on the list being "Be delusional and make it everyone else's problem."

(I can't remember if Dave actually ever graduated, I just know he changed his major every semester or two)

No, he didn't graduate. Dave flunked out of two different colleges. As usual, it has nothing to do with Dave being a worthless loser nutcase. Not one bit.

Having watched other litigious cows for a while, I think Dave posts legal threats to feel powerful. "Imma get you." The threats are laughably lame and, would be painfully self-revealing to a normie making them, but that doesn't register with Dave.
I actually hadn't thought about this enough before posting. The lolcow legal mind doesn't understand the law so assumes everyone else has an equally poor understanding of it. The idea that the person they're threatening might possibly both know more and be right about the law/case simply is never considered. Even if the lolcow could concede (to themselves) that they aren't knowledgeable their presumption is still that they're more knowledgeable than everyone else they perceive as on their level or beneath them.

This would also explain Dave's seeming belief that he will best both Dr. Joe Muscato's attorney and the state no matter what the situation. The defeat is presumed from the fact that they're against Dave, an inherently illegitimate position, and he merely needs to find the correct combination of incantations to bring it about.

Could be a relic from when he was, say, 19 and the Drs. Muscato were going to be out of town at a medical conference for a week. But why, as he wrecked his life again and again and stumbled from location to location, would he have hung onto, and been able to locate, it in his midden mound? A ham-fisted forgery does seem more likely.

It's Main Character Syndrome. Dave is the protagonist, of course he's right! Dr. Joe is the villain, and what may look like others to be him getting sick of your shit and taking out a restraining order, or your lies and extortion resulting in criminal consequences, are just the hero facing 2nd Act setbacks! Just you wait till Act 3, when brave Danielle defeats the baddies with her sheer girlboss brilliance and waltzes off into the sunset with Dr Joe's money, 50 new guitars and a Tony award for his musical that he's definitely going to do!

On the other hand, I'm not sure if he deludes himself when things aren't going his way, or he is just stupid, but, seriously, what are the odds that every single attorney he talked to just happened to not have the time to take his "slam dunk, multi-million dollar" case?
I mean, he's obviously lying, in that lolcow/troon way where when challenged he has done all the right things, actually, it's just the system is stacked against him and nothing is ever his fault, chud. I'm never sure how much of Dave's bullshit is based on a nub of truth, but I would say that he's treating the 'my FB simps all mindlessly coddle me, but my lawyer for the other stuff won't take it on' as the basis. Same as I'd take 'I was on my father's club membership at one point in my life before I abused it in the past and he took me off so I faked I was still on it' as the basis for his current predicament.

Dave is incapable of understanding that he is describing himself.
Dave's actually quite good at dissecting what it's like to be a certain kind of defensive, malignant narcissist. Almost as if he only understands their motivations because they're his own, and he can only admit it when projecting it on to other people. Kind of like how he describes! Dave's so smart.

I was looking for a citation for another thread, and found a fun article, applicable to Dave's quest:
Friday 5: Red Flags for Litigators in New-Client Interviews (archive)
1) The Positive File Box Sign.
I have a friend who worked in an emergency room. When someone who did not appear sick or injured arrived in the ER already equipped with a change of clothes, toothbrush, etc., the staff cheekily called it the “positive suitcase sign,” an indication that the person was a hypochondriac or needed a room for the night. The prospective client sometimes arrives with a file box of paperwork or documents regarding his or her case. This may be a sign of an organized person who has helpfully gathered some useful potential evidence. However, it might also be the sign of an obsessive client who is going to blame you for not turning that box of paper into legal victory.
Tip: Don’t commit to the case until you’ve had a chance to thoroughly review those documents on your own.
