Probably both. He was recently evicted and tried fighting it in court; I don't know how close @Useful_Mistake is to getting those documents, but if he/she/it can, those docs might at least let us know his previous address.

It's remarkable considering he literally submitted a filing (well, Hardin submitted it for him) saying "Because he lost income, he has lost access to the mailing box — the address on record."

As he's guaranteed us he'll meet the new deadline, I'm now getting excited to see how he'll explain why Google shouldn't be involved in a case about information stored on Google Drive.

What is even going on here anymore? The court seems to be doing its best Tomlinson impression to Hardin by saying 'Hush, child'. Why are the judges and magistrates literally bending, and sometimes breaking, reality to ensure that the case remains open and Greer has infinite time to file another screed that essentially says 'My feelings were hurt and I don't know what to do about it'. Many of the law experts here have been completely baffled by the moves the court is making. Clearly this lawsuit is a fucking cancerous, realm shattering illness in the system and while there are no merits in Greer's case, the court (outside of the initial dismissal) has all but said 'It's ok little buddy, you keep on trying till you get it right.'
Are they trying to use Greer as a harbinger? Are they trying to make an example of Null that no-no words aren't allowed in America?
Greer is his own worst enemy to his own attempts at litigation and they seem to punish Null for every mistake Greer makes, or am I misreading the scenario?

Tl;DR

Greer is allowed to have his insane filings deciphered by the courts alchemy and interpreted in the light most beneficial to Greers case. Nulls filings by contrast must be autistically dissected and held to the strictest reading of the law possible with even one failed citation or argument rendering his motion denied.

Oh for fuck's sake, it dosen't matter WHY Russhole got a 7 fucking month extention, what matters is HE GOT AN EFFECTIVE 7 MONTH EXTENTION!!!! Why the fuck does he need even more??

Null's fucked. This judge either hates him so much or is so defensive of his own magistrate's actions that he'll do fucking cartwheels around established precedent just to keep the narrative the way he wants it.

=edit= I hope I am wrong about this and the judge is just building an ironclad position to either make Russhole prosecute his case or dismiss it with prejudice if he blows yet another final deadline. I guess we'll find out.
