despite all the reasonable arguments people make here about why someone would vote for Trump, like the economy, crime, immigration, woke shit, etc, the media has done a blitz for the last eight years instilling TDS into as many people as possible
for all the reasons that make logical sense for someone to vote Trump, there are still thousands or maybe even tens of thousands of people in each state where their programming runs so deep that they're barely fighting against it. these are not religious people, but since the debate with Biden they've been kneeling in front of their bed every single night and praying to a god they may not even think exists. every single night they pray
"give me just one good reason not to vote for bad orange man"
even though they don't truly believe every piece of propaganda that comes from the media, and even though they understand that voting democrat would continue to ruin the country, every night they reflect on what they've seen during the day and hope that something, anything, they saw that day will tip the internal scales towards Trump being the evil man they've been told for the last eight years
it's not a huge amount of people who are going through this, but if this messaging causes even a few thousand people in each battleground state to eventually change their mind the propaganda will have done its job
although i'm not really sure those people would have voted for Trump anyway, i think the democrats are terrified at internal polling and are pulling out every trick they have. this is all an effort towards reversing the horrible mistake of implanting Biden four years ago and having the wool ripped from so many people's eyes at once on national tv during the debate
