I'd say Gen-Z is one of the more tech-illiterate generations in recent history despite being raised by technology.
10th graders who only know click like, watch ad, comment with the hope that Jimmy Donaldson will bestow riches upon their families, they aren't really learning anything useful from these experiences. Except maybe not to trust bizarre online sweepstakes starring a grimacing man and his waxen troon sidekick.
Technology is very easy to learn how to use. It's meant to be easy to use. It's like they forget that humans can learn.
Comic books were the original way we had to smuggle advertising into children, but old comics had characters and plots. And some really technically great art (seriously, look up Russ Heath if you don't know him). Even 80s toy-ad cartoons had more substance than this depressing click-like-watch-ad-bullshit.
"Of course I let my 6 year old drive, how else will they ever possibly have a chance to learn? Wait till your sixteen to get a permit? A whole decade?!? OMG they'll be soooooo behind! What the fuck is a developmental window? Human beings can only learn how to use a machine effectively if they imprint onto it during infancy like a baby duck! Better put two phones on the stroller to
really fry those developing retinas make that baby twice as smart!"
Trannys are a liability as employees and no one should hire them. Especially if it's anything that involves kids or social media.
Think of the discrimination lawsuits you'll have to pay for when another employee forgets that Wednesdays are fae/faer/faerself days, not she/they days, and savagely misgenders Mx. Lilith Asterios Sparklecootch. Now think of the money you'll save when you decide to go with a different applicant.
