Even though we all know intellectually that Nick is a shameless liar who hates his kids, it’s still stunning to see him act accordingly in a court of law — and as an officer of the court, no less.
"Why am I being prosecuted for breaking a bunch of criminal laws? They're only STATUTES man!"
- people go after people who have Nick on their show, that's why he doesn't ask anyone to defend him
We know about the shower calls you scrawny lying faggot.
- God didn't send Jesus to be killed by humans, but he used humans killing Jesus for the purpose of defeating sin and death, "like... I think that's cool"
Still wiping his ass with the Bible, still disregarding John 3:16 possibly the single most core tenet of Christianity. "But why do Christians get mad when I shit all over their Bible? It's so WEIRD and FUNNY!"

Hey Nick,

You can get high on Minoxidil.

It opens up your blood vessels real, real, REAL big!

Insufflation, Irrigation, Anal-ization:
So many means of administration!

Here's how it's done. Snort your Minoxidil into your nose. Then snort the cocaine. Drink grapefruit juice to wash it down. Et Voila: Your cocaine is 3x as strong and only costs you half the price. Winning!

Good Lord, I knew Nick was non-practicing, but apparently his lawyers are non-practicing too. Any attentive lawyer would have tried to pull Nick's necktie shut the minute he started going on about "Any alleged drug exposure is allegedly not my fault, just want to get that out there in open court".
I had a theory that his lawyer is really a LINO, and that Nick told them he's a lawyer, he doesn't need advice, and this case shouldn't require much actual counseling because he understands how the law works and what to do, not to do. He can totally handle it, just needs them to do paperwork and sign their names and stuff. As a result, his lawyer simply is leaving this case on the back burner. His lawyer probably figured out by watching the footage that this guy is fucked and Nick is a nut job. So he's more than happy to go up on the stand and half-heartedly argue the broken logic Nick wants for a beautiful payday. With an advanced deposit, of course.

The reality is only scummy lawyers will deal with a client like Nick who thinks he knows everything and wants to run the show. So his only fate is to be permanently shafted and swindled by lawyers better than him that are happy to let Nick burn his own life to the ground.

Your money is always good here, sir.

The kids would only test positive for someone else's drugs' he said before the test results even came back.
Yesterday I said I want Nick to die a little. Now I want Nick to die a lot.

Is gold still a thing? Remember gold? We're all supposed to invest in in gold because the U.S. government is gonna collapse tomorrow and the dollar will be worthless. You need that gold in the post apocalyptic wasteland, vault dweller! I used to laugh at that, but the shit that I'm seeing shilled to the loonies now is way more ridiculous. Good Lord!
Gold is always a thing. Those operations (at least the ones that sold actual gold) were a scam not because there was something wrong with the gold but because they always overcharged and threw on ridiculous fees. The more total scams did nonsense like selling you not actual gold but an account denominated in gold.

Gold is not necessarily a great investment to sink everything in but it's almost always a good hedge.
After "the fall," gold won't be nearly as valuable as people think.
Lead will be more valuable. If you have gold and I have lead, it won't be long before I'll have my lead and your gold.
Nicky Mays here! Today, I'm going to explain why freebasing OxyCrack cocaine is right for you!
He should shill crack pipes. It's the one thing we know he actually is an expert on.
What makes me doubt this is that Nick is acting like a belligerent know it all, and that it would not make sense to air all of this in public if this was your strategy - why give away the lines of argument you are exploring ahead of any potential trial.
If you want leverage you say things that make your case better, not absolutely retarded bullshit that makes you look guilty as hell, and that's just in court. The shit he's been saying on stream is even worse, it's just more a question of whether they even need it.

Been thinking about this after watching some clips of the recent streams and new leaks. As gay and cucked as Aaron is, he did indeed pull up, though he shouldn’t have been in it to begin with. He left, he stopped his kids from being around the Rekietas, he didn’t get tricked into buying their side house, he didn’t go ahead with the polycule. He swerved the criminal charges, we don’t have his mugshot. If he is sincere in disavowing his past actions and bettering his relationship with his kids, that’s an unambiguously good thing. I hope it is true.

So it’s really fucked that Nick is attempting life ruination on him via revenge porn accusations he clearly is digging for, and him streaming the zoom court hearing. What Nick is pretending is happening to him, he is attempting to do to Aaron. It’s despicable, and while his other actions (abusing his children) are horrific, he’s going out of his way to try and ruin Aaron’s life. He and Kayla met Aaron’s children, and want them to lose their father.

It’s like when I think he can’t get any worse, he does.

I told you niggas that there was no way their parents would care about a little crack cocaine.
If they don't care about their crack kids and crack grandkids do you think they would care about swinging or the trust fund?
I am now of the opinion Nick's parents do cocaine and are swingers themselves.

I LEARNED IT FROM YOU, DAD!!!

Given that apparently both sets of grandparents were in the house a week before the arrest, saw how they were living and didn't step in then, I'm going with the idea that they won't fight to keep the kids with them.
Why on earth would they? It's hard enough place one child. Fucking FIVE?! Oh hell no.

God willing! 🙏

Honestly, the only person that is a threat to taking his title right now is BMJ. Because he also got arrested this year. But I guess the year is still young.
Again, we have:

Nick Rekieta, obviously.

Ben Thorp who is also arrested for violating his no contact order against his daughter. But he couldn't resist her sweet forbidden fruit, and decided to smash anyway.

BMJ as you mentioned.

Mr.Beast/Chris Ava Tyson because this saga ain't over. Mr.Beast is the largest YouTuber going through an absolutely epic crash. It can only get worse from here on out.

Needless to say, the harvest has been fantastic.

The first is the felony drug possession charges, Nick hinted while on Chrissie Meyer's podcast that the state had to prove knowledge and intent to possess the drugs. This is not true - while they do have to prove knowledge they do not have to prove intent. So really his argument is that the state have to prove he had knowledge that there were drugs present within the master bedroom in which he and Kayla (and April) resided.
Knowledge IS intent. If you are aware they're there on your property and you do nothing to fix the situation, that's intent. And you can't be willfully blind, either. If some sketchy dude in Tijuana offers you $5K to take a suitcase over the border, it isn't a defense that you didn't look in it when you get caught on the other side and it's full of bricks of weed.

He's either so drugged out he's forgotten basic 1L crim law shit or he's just lying.

They don't have to prove they can read minds and here's our expert psychic witness to say she read his mind and he definitely knew.

Knowledge can be inferred from circumstances and you don't get more presumptive than it's in your fucking bedroom, on the end table, with even more in your safe that only you have access to, in a room only you and your wife (according to Nick who was lying since the fleshlight also slept there) sleep in. Fourteen year old kids caught with weed in the sock drawer have better excuses than this moronic, brain-charred faggot.

Most laymen now "interpret" text in order to justify their shitty behavior. I blame the neoevangelical attitude of "convert at any cost".

Agreed, but Nick is doing so flippantly.

Oddly enough, this strategy with respect to his legal commentary was what initially made him popular. I wonder if that (more than just spite and contrarianism) is what motivates him to take this tack? However, I think that most through his irreverence was hyperboloc sarcasm rooted in experience.

When it comes down to his actual practice and faith, it really shows that he likes to sport the trappings of an expert without the accompanying hard work to gain those credentials and foundation.

@Himedall All-seeing Waifu @DuranceVile

Someone mentioned this earlier (like a 1000 or 4000 pages ago), but Nick applies Critical Theory to the Bible and shilled a Bible Study that was the same thing. He has a shit understanding of the Bible and I’m like 90% sure it’s an attempt to try to gain control in social situations when he married Kayla at his Protestant Church.

He’s an English Major Creative Writing nigger. If he was actually good at writing or understanding literature he probably would be a successful writer rather than going to law school to get more money out of his Trust Fund/ tug boat.

Knowledge IS intent. If you are aware they're there on your property and you do nothing to fix the situation, that's intent.
The slight distinction here is that aspect of fixing the situation.

If someone puts drugs in your car, you tell them not to, and then two weeks later you are caught with those drugs in your - well it's fair to say you didn't intend to have them, but you knew you were in possession of them and did nothing about it. You are still guilty of possession in that instance, whether or not you intended to possess the drugs or not.

With that said, this is all just academic with regards to Nick's case - even if it was a valid legal defense, it wouldn't apply.
Fourteen year old kids caught with weed in the sock drawer have better excuses than this moronic, brain-charred faggot.
Reminds me of when my friends dad - a police inspector - found a weed pipe, wrapped in a sock, under a loose floorboard in my friends bedroom.

He told him it was just some weird scrap he found on the side if the road...

You're right - it would be more convincing than the shit that Crackets has been cooking up.

I don't disagree, but it should be noted that the Aaron thing is part and parcel of a broader effort by him to try and shut people up and/or discredit them in way that would help him out of a mess he got himself into. It's not just about revenge. If he was referring in court to Aaron re-broadcasting the initial appearance, that's also part of that. The truth is getting out, and it's seriously crimping his ability to gaslight and continue to engage in bullshit propaganda to save his rapidly dying career.

This from the man who believes legal matters should be transparent... until it's him in the dock, of course.

Suffice it to say, I am praying for the wellbeing of @MNPublicRecords. Nick is obviously furious with them too, and they are obviously local to MN. Practice good opsec as best you can, and know that your efforts are very much appreciated.

Under a constructive possession charge, what matters is knowledge of the drugs presence and an ability to exercise control over them. If someone puts drugs in your car and you know two weeks later that there are drugs in the car and you can be shown to be able to exercise control over those drugs being in your car, they have you.

In Nick's case, the drugs being in his bedroom, him admitting that he sleeps in the bedroom to the police and the drugs & drug gear being so obviously in the room and all of them being so dirty with the coke makes any defense against the possession charge itself doomed. All the usual avenues of defense in that sort of charge are unavailable to him. All he can really do is go after the warrant.

I don’t know personally for me it reminded me of the old video of the kid getting caught with porn on the computer and he told his mom “I GOT A VIRUS AND I WAS TRYING TO BALEET IT BUT MY PANTS FELL DOWN AND I WAS PULLING MY PANTS UP MOM!”
I wish we had video just of the expression on the Judges face throughout this.

I don't even hold Prots in disdain if they come to their conclusions honestly and respectfully.
I would add that it is imperative that those of us who claim Sola Scriptura should be experts at interpreting the Bible. For all of Nick's claims, I notice a distinct lack of supporting verses.

If he claims Jesus was never supposed to die, what verses made him come to this conclusion? A few users have already pointed out from the old and new testaments that Jesus was always supposed to die for us.

His bible takes are as half baked as his legal ones.... This leads me to think, has he ever talked about his performance during his undergrad and law school work? Like with everything that I've seen, I have NO idea how on earth he passed any of his courses.

Hello Plank eyed preaching... Some one needs to make a filter to add 2"×4" comming out of his eyes every time he pulls scripture out to preach at the audance..

All of his statements make me legitimately MATI. I know people said he was in a pretty progressive church... but I had no idea it was this bad.
It's almost certainly not his church. The church he goes to (or went to) might be "progressive," but what Nick is saying is way beyond the pale. Unlike anything I have heard from any Christian denomination.

I have seen nothing to suggest his church denies the divinity of Jesus, or that Jesus's crucifixion wasn't the plan (which he claimed AGAIN in the jizz tub the other night). If anyone here has seen otherwise, feel free to post it. And if his church does any of that, I will call them heretical too.

No, this is all him and his fucked up swiss cheese brain.

I particularly found it creepy when he was talking about looking to the "the God inside himself." Including reference to the God in his dick. Like, WTF?

If he claims Jesus was never supposed to die, what verses made him come to this conclusion?
None. They don't exist. Period.

I firmly believe he has a God complex now, and he believes he should not face atonement for his sins (or that nothing he ever does is a sin), and that is what is driving all this "Jesus was never supposed to die" crap. It particularly makes sense to me in light of everything that has been going on.

The LotY talk is so embarrassing. Everyone knows that competition is rigged, the body cam footage is dropping on Christmas night to steal the election.
Hey now, let's not give up too soon. Boogie is definitely putting some effort into a challenge against the defending champ. He may still finally snap, put on a grossly oversized Santa Suit and go on a murder spree. Assuming his heart doesn't give our from the effort.
