He doesn't. He merely says that they are clearing the clutter. It's probably visible on the bodycam footage, arresting officers probably mentioned it, other people who came to the scene.
At this point it's like an established fact for the court.
If he said "...take care of the clutter, mentioned in Mr. Sweep Report №___, dated ____"- then he would've shot himself in the foot.
Regards, court/corporate lawyer (but not in US)
Musashi is talking about the disconnect between the bullshit propaganda Nick spews on his streams, and what he said in court. Not highlighting any discrepancy within the court proceeding itself.
Ms. Sweep said in the CHIPS report that she learned that the house was cluttered during the initial raid. After the CHIPS report was dropped by MNPublicRecords Balldo accused Ms Sweep of perjury (lying under oath). Currently, with the court transcript provided by MNPublicRecords, Balldo himself confirmed that the house initially (which means during the first police raid) was cluttered. That's my point, he was accusing Ms. Sweep of lying under oath but then he says that the house was initially cluttered which was something mentioned in the CHIPS report.
Right, because this hearing happened in late May (specifically May 28th), and
@MNPublicRecords didn't make their appearance known until June with the revelation that the 9 year old tested positive for coke. In late May, he probably figured this stuff couldn't be remotely accessed, and nobody would be committed enough to locally pull records and transcripts from the court's INTRAnet.* Ergo, he could cook up whatever story he wants, and it would be more difficult for anybody to refute.
I figure if he ignores Sean's sage advice to shut the fuck up because he's hurting his actual legal cases by running his mouth (you know, the FAR more serious issue), he might do it because he cares very much about his online image.
Then again, maybe not even then. He is a fucking idiot afterall.
*Incidentally, he arguably
should have known this was a possibility because a somewhat similar situation happened during Weebwars, when a (then) Kiwi spent hundreds of dollars copying records from Ron Toye's domestic violence case from a TX courthouse, and passed them on to Nick and Ty.
They even made the whole "autism is unstoppable" joke at the time.
EDIT: Elaboration.
