Right, because this hearing happened in late May (specifically May 28th), and @MNPublicRecords didn't make their appearance known until June with the revelation that the 9 year old tested positive for coke. In late May, he probably figured this stuff couldn't be remotely accessed, and nobody would be committed enough to locally pull records and transcripts from the court's INTRAnet.* Ergo, he could cook up whatever story he wants, and it would be more difficult for anybody to refute.

I figure if he ignores Sean's sage advice to shut the fuck up because he's hurting his actual legal cases by running his mouth (you know, the FAR more serious issue), he might do it because he cares very much about his online image.

He's an absolute idiot for talking about his case like that. If he can't stop talking on stream about his court cases, he should stop streaming ASAP. I'm quite interested in Nick's assertion that the kids will be back in 2 weeks. Everything we've seen from the CPS so far has shown them being cautious and methodical in gathering facts rather than attempting to reunite them in the near future. So is he saying that they'll be back...for visitation? Or has his crack-addled brain finally snapped and he expects some sort of miraculous legal victory between now and then?

There are some similiarites. Benoit got married really young and had children. He later got involved with swingers (Kevin Sullivan and Wife Nancy). He cucked out Kevin Sullivan and stole his wife. Kevin Sullivan was similar to Aaron in that it was a middle-aged guy in terminal career decline with an expensive younger wife. Kevin Sullivan was however worse than Aaron because he was Benoit's boss while Benoit was cucking him.

If Nick wants to continue the Benoit pattern, the next steps are:
- Divorce Kayla.
- Marry April
- Have a child with April
- Try to turn April into susie homemaker in the way benoit tried to turn Nancy Sullivan into the same thing.
