Just saw a vid on this the other day. Some of those kids absolutely had it coming.

TLDR: One of the kids prior to the incident (captured on another video) claimed he was a chomo and looking to rape a kid. He repeated this when the guy was surrounded by everyone (it's pretty hard to hear in the video iirc, can't play it right now), which obviously pissed the group off. Later in court, the kid effectively admitted it was all a lie.

This is a shitty situation all around. There was no reason to jack around with this man by this group of shithead kids, especially not to punch him and knock him down and they got a brutal lesson in FAFO. At the same time, there was no reason for a kid to die in this circumstance either no matter how provoked or defensive the man was. Especially as the kid who really needed a little shanking was the mouthpiece recording it all and screaming that the guy was there to molest little girls, not the kid who got it.

Cameraman Immunity needs to be revisited by The Gods of Media.

Wait, the human body reacts to DC current different that AC current in water? Very interesting. I thought 100 years ago Thomas Edison proved AC was the more dangerous of the two? I always thought electrocuting a live creature caused the muscles to spasm and they would effectively "lock up" and drown or suffer heart attack. Unless it was true high voltage and honestly I just assume people were effectively "cooked to death".

I do not know how I missed this river boat story when it first came to light. Lot of Monday morning quarterbacking , I really need to sit down and watch the entire thing but after 15 seconds of watching. I'm putting my money on the nigger with the cell phone being the prime problem. I will say there are some situations in life where if someone calls you a Pedo or Chomo you drop what your doing and beat the shit out of them by any means necessary you don't' stop till have collected their front teeth. Even if you will likely lose you fight, you fight. I have never gone ocean diving without a shin mounted dive knife. The idea I would be tangled in fishing line or rope dropped from a boat or something and not being able to cut myself loose and end of drowning, bothers me.

This is usually the correct answer. Anytime someone is pointing a recording device at someone else, if they're talking, they're an active participant in the conflict. If you just want a record of events, you record and keep your mouth shut. If you're planning to start some shit you know you can't finish, and want video evidence you can splice and edit to make yourself look like an innocent victim, that's when you record and start running your mouth.

Homie on the cell phone was absolutely an instigator.

I seem to recall he lied to the cops, which caused the jury to turn against him when they found out. If he had just kept his mouth shut he might have gotten off on self defense.
