Regardless of how you feel about lolicon and shotacon in general, Japan will never stop producing this kind of content. Why? It makes money. Under the principles of free enterprise, if there is a supply then there will be a demand.

A lot of otakus in Japan consume this content, a lot of anime fans outside of Japan consume this content. It sells merchandise, it makes the studios and toy makers and publishers a shit ton of money. Why would the Japanese publishers listen to a bunch of tards on the Internet complaining about lolicon when there is money to be made from that? It's why they keep adding token loli characters in an anime or in a manga because they know that character (most of the time) will sell well.

It's like getting mad at Stanley Kubrick for making the film 'A Clockwork Orange'; that film back in the day was trashed on for its offensive nature but now we consider that a masterpiece of cinema (same goes with Kubrick's other controversial films like Eyes Wide Shut and Lolita (1962)). You're free to find lolicon and shotacon as degenerate as shit (I'm in that camp) but Japan won't stop so long as those 10,000 Yen notes keep coming in.

So what would take Japan to stop making lolicon content? You would have to convince Japan to dissolve their liberal democracy and abolish their post-WW2 constitution (which guarantees freedom of expression), abolish capitalism, and abolish secularism and have Japan return being a fascist theocracy. But that is not popualr in Japan because most Japanese do enjoy their capitalist liberal democracy which brought them more than the old Empire of Japan failed achieve. Same reasons why America and most of Europe tolerates some degeneracy because the alternative is authoritarianism and most Americans don't want to go back to pre-Jim Crow days and most Europeans don't want Fascism or Communism to come back either. It's the same with the Japanese, they don't want to become fascist again.

Taisho Japan, the Kingdom of Italy, Weimar Germany, the second Spanish Republic, interwar Austria, some could even argue that modern Hong Kong is going throught that process. The average Japanese person doesn't have kids because they're being worked to death at their job and don't have time to be a good parent.

Stereotypical "showa-era" parenting was often a father who was almost never home due to work, and a stay-at-home wife in a loveless marriage, with the mom being the only one who gets to properly bond with her kids. I bet lots of people that came from said generation also don't want to accidentally repeat this if they were to have kids as well.

I don't think its accurate to make it seem as if lolicon and shotacon are that popular in Japan. It's very similar to furries in America, where there is an autistic otaku subculture who have enough high paying jobs and time to reward certain hentai companies, doujin artists, and translators with their funds and loyalty. If you were seen carrying a copy of Comic LO or something, you would get the same reaction from people around you there as you would get in Europe or America. It's not really about liberal democracy, the Japanese government censors a ton of things regularly, and there's a consistent push from progressive politicians there to try and get this stuff banned as well.

I don't think Islam is going to conquer the West like some rightoids think it going to happen for one reason.

Their children may not be so attached to Islam like their parents are. It's like with latinos. The latino immigrants (legal or not) that come into the United States are going to bring their religion with them (usually Catholicism) but their children being exposed to a secular society, they'll realize that they have no legal obligation to continue following Christianity. It's the same with the children of Muslims. A boy or girl born into Islam may be just as hyper religious as their parents but after two or three generations later, the same Arab population in a developed country may start to secularize themselves once they realize the state isn't forcing them to follow Islam unlike in Middle Eastern countries where you have to follow Islam or else.

In order for Islam to work, you have the point the gun at someone to follow the religion. Islam is only successful because it is ruled though fear.

By the middle of the Showa era the tfr was already quickly falling, I think the introduction (and subsequent destruction) of state shinto is to blame. They became a people without faith, and rapidly turned to consumption to fill that void, which also became untenable after 1991.
