I just remembered the reason why this thread was created in the first place, to make fun of the anime fans (or the ones that claim to be fans) that are no different from TheMysteriousMrEnter (or just Mr. Enter).

I can't believe I have to bring up that guy again but back in the really old days of Youtube, Mr. Enter was this midwit that reviewed Western cartoons but he always got angry and nitpicked everything that he thought was wrong in said Western cartoon because it didn't fit to his absurdly high standards for Western animation (Aqua Teen Hunger Force, King of the Hill, Jimmy Neutron, you name it). If the cartoon in question wasn't some Disney movie or a Hanna Barbera show with a generic fairy tale-tier moral, he would go apeshit.

That's exactly what this thread features, the people that sperg out over anime and manga like how Mr. Enter used to sperg out over Western animation back in the day. To quote the thousands of trolls that used to make fun of Mr. Enter back in the day, "It's only a cartoon".

Gainax got it's start as a bunch of otaku working together and it took decades for the company to leave that mindset, they knew exactly who they were marketing to. They're not common, but a real-life Japanese woman could have the same build as the "900-year-old dragon lolis" that the Twitter crusaders sperg over. It's no different from comic book writers of the 80s giving Wonder Woman the chest of Dolly Parton with the abs of Chyna. It's an idealized beauty standard that's uncommon, but could feasibly exist in real life. But I don't see the loli hunter brigade complaining about that.
