So, did we flip the "days since an internet crusader was revealed to be a hypocrite" counter back to zero yet? Looks like we're going to have to. Anyway...
Just a technical note since I had someone very insistently explaining me the difference not too long ago:
All that said, she was still drawing/consuming art depicting underage characters while complaining about people doing the same. So she can go fuck herself.

Those My Hero Academia characters wouldn't normally be described as "shota" unless you're being very broad. Shota is a rather specific term relating to male characters that look like young boys (or young girls, as it often happens). The key is that the character's main characteristic is that he has to be designed to be cute, and they're almost universally rather short and skinny as they're modeled after children before they undergo their growth spurt during puberty.
The characters she was drawing would more accurately be described as shonen instead. That is, a teenager between 14 and 17, who looks explicitly masculine (instead of generically cute like a shota) but still not an adult. Those are often skinny but with some muscle definition. Or a good amount of it in Deku's case. For a very popular example, Shinji Ikari from Neon Genesis Evangelion is a shonen, not a shota.
