Think it's the latter. While Kirsche's evidence is circumstantial in implicating Dev, Dev deleting his videos is pretty sus behavior and Arch could get sucked into that drama himself.
My bet, given Arch's prior tweet I mentioned of him emphatically saying he wants no part in this, and the fact that Dev apparently gave an ultimatum of not having Kirsche on again or he is gone... my take is that Arch probably told him to go cool his jets. At the most politely.
I find it hard liking Arch. For every funny thing he says, he says 3 gay things.
If I had been Arch I would have thought, "Thank God, this makes things so easy," and had Kirsche on again as soon as possible. However, I have no idea how much (or frankly why) Arch values Dev so it might not be as simple for him as that.
