Maybe it is the responsibility of the artists to only scroll through social media to promote or post something then not check the rest so they don't get burnt out or hurt by their own sensitivity. Maybe the artist needs to remember it is a public forum, and it is ok to log off and not come back until after the show ends. Maybe they can get someone like a friend or family member to post and schedule art tweets for them if they need to stay slightly active. Maybe, just maybe, Velasco can realize social media fucking sucks and you can't control anyone's opinion, only your own reaction to it. Just maybe.

Or focus on their actual work. Assuming they haven't been fired because their entire creative output is low-effort shit that only gets picked up because corporations think pandering is good for business.

I can't stress enough how much latinos love Speedy Gonzales.

While it's true he did originally started out as a racial stereotype involving Mexicans, he would get Yankee Doodled later on. It's like how black people appropriated the word 'nigger' and changed it into 'nigga' and made it their own in rap/hip-hop music or an even older example would be how the American revolutionists would use 'Yankee Doodle' (which was originally a British diss track to make fun of the Americans) but they appropriated the song into a victory song when they defeated the English crown.

Speedy Gonzales is smart, he outwits his enemies, and his cousin Slowpoke Rodriguez knows how to use a gun. Speedy and Slowpoke are badasses in their own right which is to the point they are now symbols of latino culture.

What are these body proportions? The chick on the right is built like fucking Kingpin. I want to watch Batman, not a multi part build up of a relationship between two fat lesbians. This is basically the entire show btw.

I'm nitpicking here but clothing doesn't just mold to the shape of tits like that, it looks stupid on top of the hideous costume design. It's not even playing into her seductive nature like the OG Harley design, it's like they're self aware that all of the characters look like genderless blobs so they plopped the exaggerated tit molds on to remind you that's supposed to be a woman you're looking at.

What makes me laugh is you can tell the artists forgot to account for the neck ruff when drawing her body so now it looks like she's got pop-on action figure arms and a giraffe neck.

Unless they bring copier back as a job, they are hypocrits. Animator will soon be the Name of a machine, just like... uh... the computer? And now watch smart animators going independent and use AI to create Art the way they want instead of doing comitee approved factory work.

i dunno, but isn't protesting to keep the Status quo in Animation the bad ending? AI i giving people the Tools to go indie and stay economical. It takes some balls, but the history of Animation has always been written on the bleeding edge technology.
