In France your birth certificate tracks your status through your life. It includes details of marriage, divorce, children and eventually death. If you need one for official purposes it normally has to have been issued in the past three months. I assume Algeria, being an ex French colony, follows the same procedure. All 19 year olds would have had a brand new birth certificate.

It's because a lot of people saying Khelif is a woman are backing that up by saying Khelif was born with a vagina and there's no publicly available proof that Khelif has male chromosomes, when what they should be saying to prevent troon genocide is that you can be born unambiguously male with confirmed XY chromosomes and still be a woman if you believe hard enough.

Out of all Breadtubers, Shaun is easily the worst. His smarmy attitude is legendary, and his "no one does any research" claim regularly bites him in the ass. Unlike the other Khaleif tweets, his falls more in line with his follower count. Archive.
Shaun acts as if sex is this nebulous concept no one can define and that science backs his idea of this nebulous concept that can't be defined. The argument is that Imane may have a male DSD, not a female DSD, because they'd still qualify if they had the latter.
Reminder that Shaun, in his video on why black men get arrested more, missed the paper in the very paper he cited that blacks get longer sentences than whites because they're repeat offenders. I, Hypocrite pointed that out, and of course Shaun had nothing but his smarmy army covering for him. He did the same with TLDR and a book he never actually read (and he did it with the Bell Curve as well).

There's also this to consider: there are some Muslims who have this thing about "literal" interpretation of the Koran to skirt certain laws. I knew a guy who used to drink whiskey while standing on a footstool at parties to get around a particular law about "not drinking fruit of the grain on earth" or something (can't remember what the actual law says), so technically he wasn't "standing on earth". In all fairness he was doing that for lulz, so a better example would probably be moonshining in Iran; as long as it's not "fruit of the vine or grain" it's not technically haram, so apricot moonshine is A-OK to Allah since the Koran didn't explicitly state "fermented beverages". But homosexuality is absolutely haram, so what's a gay Muslim (with some crossover of men who get off to beating women) to do?
Chase trannies, of course. It's why some of the most fervent insistence that "transwomen are women" you'll come across is from homosexual-in-denial Muslims, because if transwomen are really just men in frocks, they've been committing sodomy all this time. So a not-zero amount of astroturfing could very well be bots written by dudes trying to avoid making Allah less than happy with their life choices.

Carini is a cop for necessity. In Italy if you aren't a professional football, volleyball or basketball player you starve. End of. So you have to work, but you can't hope to compete at high levels if you have to balance work and training. So the government helps you (if you are very good at your sport, of course) giving you a job in our police forces or in the army. Usually these athletes do administrative jobs, but spend most of their time training.
Meanwhile, at r/honest transgender they hate Carini.

It is incredible the hate we are receiving for this girl's comments, I saw the fight with Imane, she had her guard down, why did she make that series of comments? implying that Imane is trans? She plays the victim, she lost to her own prejudices, now we are damaged, I read all over the internet that because we have a Y chromosome we are practically universal soldiers, what the hell, now we really don't have any opportunity to participate in any sport, everyone arguing about us at a molecular level, I haven't gone out on the street for 4 months because of the hatred that I experience every day, and I think that with the way the world is, I will never be able to go out again, I'm sad.

What's y'all's opinion of Josh Seiter's "transition"? On the one hand it feels like extremely obvious trolling, but on the other hand there's no punchline. Nothing I've seen has been funny and he's kept the joke going a really long time. I guess he's just deeply unwell and farming hate from all sides just for attention??

All of this is fucking hilarious, because in the early Breadtube heydays of 2016-18ish, Shaun made a video on relativizing male-female differences in sports where he specifically stated something akin to "Now, I'm not saying we should put a woman against a man in wrestling". Then years down the line, he's changed his tune on the most basic of tenets. For a man who made so many videos defending (third wave) feminism, he has no qualms with throwing women under the bus (like in his transbian defense video). It's a perfect illustration of a misogynist/predator masquerading as a male feminist. I hope Jen got out in time.

No. MAIS and PAIS still lead to males, albeit with slightly underdeveloped penises. They still produce sperm. CAIS leads to no sex organs being developed; even the vagina is just an empty pocket. It leads to no uterus. If they do have undescended testes, they produce no testosterone.
If the undescended testes DO produce sperm, then the individual is male.

It is indeed absolutely bullshit to state that any person with AIS (that is Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome for those that don't know) could get pregnant. Never happened and never will, because AIS (there is complete and there's partial; the latter will have some degree of virilization and sometimes be capable of producing sperm) is a male DSD. Like @Chandelier said, they have no ovaries or uterus, but undescended testicles. These testicles still produce testosterone, but the tissues of the body (again, to a varying degree) are incapable of responding to it.
The "vagina" is a pocket. A pouch. It's not a canal. There is no cervix, no uterus, no fallopian tubes. And certainly no female gametes. Females are born with their gametes, you know. CAIS and PAIS males went through their first sex differential developmental window (at 6 weeks of fetal age) as male.
These individuals were dealt a rough hand of cards, sure, but they are not female and should absolutely not compete against actual females athletically. It's wrong and unfair, and everybody knows it.
