It's not so simple as that, in many cases the migrants act as Westminster's club (yes, even moreso than the police, since there's more of them) - used to suppress Britons wherever possible while the police sit back, as is the case in these riots, by dealing with the migrants, you're pretty much destroying the closest thing the government has to foot soldiers.
