Slummin' it at Wally with her grossly underpaid manwhore/servant is just another opportunity to demand all the attention. You just know that every single shopper and staff member got an eyeful of Anna prancing around in those hideous leggings, messily pawing through everything, doing oh-so-quirky "photoshoots" in the fake flower display--all the while being loud and bombastic and stifling those hilarious mid-sentence guffaws that aren't weird and off-putting at all.

Her forced laugh is like she's trying to do IRL laugh track to convince you that she's funny and you should laugh along.
I can easily imagine her in school, awkward and friendless, trying to come up with a something that will make her stand out and attract other kids. Being loud and obnoxious and talking nonstop got eyes on her, but she didn't want to admit that it wasn't because they thought she was funny or quirky, but because they saw her as a sideshow.
You can clearly see that attention seeking behavior with her "dancing with her nurse" in that other video posted earlier. The nurse seems tired and uncomfortable, but Anna needed attention and human contact, so to avoid the nurse leaving, she started dancing. Her quirkiness screams "please don't leave, please look at me, please interact with me."
Yeah, that's so sad! I thought you guys were off the mark when you said she was flirting with him (well, trying to). We have seen Anna out walking with Data but she was calling it a "hike" or "running". I don't recall seeing Anna out and about walking just on Data's behalf. She does claim to frequently take Data to a dog park where she lets him loose and he does whatever dogs do at dog parks.
