Bear in mind, NHS staff is a very broad term, including GP's, and dentists with their own surgeries, and most major hospitals cluster in metropolitan areas, where the "diversity" lives.

Was in a NHS hospital for tests 3 weeks ago, 90% white, 10% East Asian. No Pajeets.

My experience with them is much the same chap.
Even the GP in Paki-town where I used to live, was mostly white staff.
The Pharmacists are mostly South-Asian women near me mind, because it's good money, and apparently even an inbreed can do it.

I live in a town that has not had riots yet. Things I have noticed that would've seemed absurd just a week ago:

- People at work openly talking about the riots and saying they support them.
- White guys at the bus stop this morning loudly talking about how the rioters are based and the pakis need to go, and no one around batting an eyelid.
- Noticeably more police on the streets. Very strange for a generally quiet, peaceful area.
- I have not seen a single muslim outside. I usually see plenty, but zero today. No hijabs, no weird muslim hats or beards. All the pajeets outside were clearly Hindus in Western clothing with shaved faces and hair exposed.
- The blacks and browns are visibly nervous. Usually, they walk around confidently, looking straight ahead, paying no mind. Today all the black and brown people look shook. They move cautiously, they look around, you can tell they're afraid.

These are just my observations today in the town I live in, I wouldn't say it's necessarily representative of the rest of the country.

I don't take pleasure in seeing people scared, but it feels like something has changed in the national consciousness. White English people know they are under attack, and they finally know everyone else knows it too. And the browns know we know it.

I'd hate to be Starmer right now, they have been left alone with no allies but the immigrants they are betraying their countrymen for. Sure, they have the backing of the media (for now) but no government wants to bandwagon and say "fuck whitey" because Immigrant Fatigue™ is at an all time high. Places like France, Germany, hell, even Australia could be next.

Those riots occurred in liberal, Democrat controlled urban areas in a relatively small number of states. There weren't riots in Miami, for example. There are plenty of videos of when the "protesters" started marching through smaller towns and suburbs, and a bunch of men and women stood outside with rifles just watching. There were no riots in those towns. And the police didn't hit the locals with truncheons for daring to stand on the street in opposition. Kyle Rittenhouse basically stopped the riots with a few well-placed shots from an AR, and he was acquitted for it.

In the US, it's all about where you live, who is the elected prosecutor, and who is the sheriff. If you don't like state sanctioned riots in Seattle, you're free to move to small town Indiana, buy a few guns, and never deal with them again. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there's no escape from people like Keir Starmer no matter where you run in the UK. If you even tweet the wrong thing, you'll be prosecuted and locked away while Muslim rapefugees continue to do whatever they want with funding straight from London.

Of course, there are bad things in the US. But the difference is that if a rioter tried to smash up my stuff in the state I live in, I will have the backing of the local police, the local prosecutors, and the state government to use my legal firearms in my own defense.

It doesnt get talked about enough. The UK is the size of Wyoming if we are talking square footage. And its a Island. You are fucked and have no where to go.
