What kind of idiot would he be if he went ahead and threw away a whole ass 4 figure career over degeneracy?
I really wonder what the turning point for him and Kayla that caused this spiral was.
One too many drinks?
A few too many bumps of coke?
Delicious ketamine?
Why couldn't he just smoke weed to avoid all of this? He could be swimming in Netflix deals by now if he never started seeking bigger thrills like a true degen addict

I am fucking loving that WordArt used on official court documents. Wavy and drop shadowed for that genuine Y2K corporate feeling.

Reminds me of when I was writing my first ever report in 3rd grade and stupidly thought that wacky fonts would give me a higher grade

Holy shit no wonder the maid left. You couldn't pay me enough to pick up after these disgusting coomer crackheads. HOW DO YOU LET THE CARPETS TURN BLACK?

Filthy fucks. That sty should be bulldozed with Nick and Kayla inside.
Nick's solution would to be instead of regular maintenance for the lifespan of the carpet, to rip up the carpet and replace it with wood laminate probably.
URGENT: Please provide me (email, private message, profile post, quote this, whatever) evidence of Rekieta alleging conspiracy by gov't employees or agents against him.
The Barnes ethics complaint arc incoming?

It's weird it's wild because um I was talking about this the other day. It's
funny like watching people who know you like turn and you go but wait you know
that like you know that that's not in my character at all like you know that because I know you. and then you see them do that and you're like well okay and then you go you know the system's really fun because the government gets to tell a story about you and you don't get to say any like you can but you shouldn't really say anything back like you don't get to
counter the story um and it was supposed to be the opposite right the reason that
we had transparent courts was so that people who don't trust the government would go wait a minute what do you what are you accusing this person of and now we go well we can always trust the government we can always listen to what
hey say and and that's what it's become over and over and over again and but the
same people be like well we can't trust what random people in a corporation say it's like the government's just a big Corporation guys. like yeah people can lie or do their job sloppy and it's it's amazing because people always believe that like if you're getting fucked over by anybody that it has to be like a massive um sophisticated operation against you when really all it needs to be is one person doing job sloppy.

Looks like Nick's friend Uncivil Law reached out to request some information too. Given the date of the request and that he did a stream after this he nearly broke down about Nick being arrested, I bet Kurt thought he could find a loophole for Nick.

NICK IS MY FRIEND AND FUCK THAT PASTOR FOR REPORTING HIM AND SAVING THOSE KIDS.

He deserves to be alone and miserable, so maintain the status quo.

Also funny news about EWU requesting this stuff so they can cover him. Awhile back I used to binge a lot of their videos.

Once they do it, pretty much ALL the normies will know, and once that happens, good luck changing that narrative you got there buddy.

I'm being autistic here but could the names of all individuals involved during the search/arrest be revealed through a FOIA to make sure that there is no other individual that has been revealed thus far?

URGENT: Please provide me (email, private message, profile post, quote this, whatever) evidence of Rekieta alleging conspiracy by gov't employees or agents against him.
Barnes and others pushed it explicitly, but here are some clips:

Judges (in general) are 'egod in robes:

The government uses system to force your compliance with their narrative (they are drama hounds):

The government can lie about you:

@~5.30

CPS people and Deep State people are psychotic or compliant and keep quiet:

@~7.00

Govenrment conspiracy doesn't need to be a plot. It can be that you break a rule they don't like you did.

@~11.00

The government just gets to say stuff and government workers can just stand up and lie. It is hard to prove perjury of state officials:

@~5.40

A curious consistent typo in paperwork could be malicious or a mistake:

@~1.15

Nick has never claimed conspiracy:

@~2.10

Ya know, if Nick were smart and was actually a professional grifter, he would realize that the footage is almost certainly gunna find its way into the public eye, so instead of trying to delay the inevitable, he should find a way to get the footage before everyone else and just live stream his own felting so he can get one last grift and maybe a last sad W.

He is speaking to pwoplw who will not care once they do come out. They have memory span of proverbial goldfish.

He kind of has to win the constitutional argument in the first place. I won't say it's absolutely impossible, because it's possible the state fucked up executing the warrant in some way that we don't know, but I see nothing wrong with the warrant. It more than adequately states probable cause, with the cherry on top of the shit sundae being Nick's own deranged cokestream.

On top of that, nobody who is claiming there's something wrong with the warrant itself have provided any kind of basis for it other than "muh ebil gummint."

Considering there are multiple bodycams, if there's anything unconstitutional, it would be in that very footage. I doubt the police would be so eager to get this into evidence if it showed police misconduct (that would also give cause to a § 1983 lawsuit). You'd think Nick would be eager to get proof of police misconduct into evidence.

The reason he doesn't want it in is obvious. Because he and his whores were living in squalor like the filthy drug fiends they are, just as the police and others who have been in Casa Rackets have said.

In my experience, the government doesn't care about any errors they made if they an convince themselves they are getting the right outcome....

This is the information I have on hand about the people present during the search. It's just cops, CPS, defendants, and children. I doubt anyone will consent to bodycam release, but I've listed best options below.

Good morning, last week our investigators conducted a narcotics search warrant on Nicholas Rekieta, a very popular podcaster attorney from rural Spicer. Based on that investigation, there has been a tidal wave of data requests related to everything from documents to body camera recordings of the search warrant. At this point, I am just looking for a financial estimate on what it would take to redact the BWC footage from the search warrant. We had 9 officers there and each camera remained on for 1.5-2 hrs. There were 3 adults arrested at the scene, along with having four children present, and eventually 2 child protection workers toward the end. Some detectives mainly searched and did not have contact with the kids or CP, but may have walked by so there would be the required viewing to confirm nothing was missed.

Ross, do you have an estimate you could give on what redaction would cost?

Thanks,

Ross Smeby said:
Good Morning,

Carol had mentioned the requests to me on Friday and that there is approximately 15 hours of footage. After reviewing the case I would recommend that we would need to redact the five minor children and the two CPS workers. Also if there are any other bystanders.

My estimate would be about 50 hours of redaction needed at $60.00 per hour.

Thanks,
Ross

Yes. I've explained before but it has to be entered into evidence or one of the parties has to consent. Rekieta is choosing not to consent, Kayla doesn't exist anymore, and my theory is that April is being given money to stay around as a fuckbuddy so she doesn't consent. Rekieta is also trying to get the bodycam footage entirely thrown out as evidence using a fruit of the poison tree argument. He really, really, really, really does not want this footage public.
Do you think anyone would have any luck doing a Boogie-style fundraiser where a bunch of people try to raise thousands of dollars to April to get her to consent to the bodycam footage releasing?

I hate her, but I hate Rekieta more.

IMO the best theory I've heard about shit like this was from the comedian Ryan Long on a podcast he did a while back. They were going over the latest Chris Delia scandal where he had like cheated on his wife, and Ryan mentioned how most guys rarely if ever get any attention from women for the majority of their life, so when you have a guy who never got to be popular, never got to do crazy things like drink and do drugs when they were young, never had women going after them, but goes on to marry the first woman who gives them attention, have kids, etc, and that guy gets really famous really fast, it's an understandable thing to wish that you could have done those things, doubly so now that they are all available to you, yet you're "technically" unable to take advantage of them. So you'll see guys like Nick end up in these situations, and basically just crash out because they never got to experience those things, never learned why it's better and more fulfilling to find someone who loves you and build a life with them. He never had to figure out why the life he chose was the right way to live, why drugs, casual sex, and degeneracy were bad, what rock bottom feels like.

TDLR; This is what happens when a loser who never got pussy gets famous

She's been offered money to consent, but she's firmly part of the Rekieta menage a trois and is unlikely to turn on him as long as still has some clout to feed off of. And it doesn't have to be a lot of clout—she's in the middle of nowhere in Minnesota and monkey branched from a third string radio DJ to get where she is now. Rekieta has houses, cars, notoriety, money, attention, and drugs. And she has Rekieta whispering into her ear behind the scenes. Until those fall away (or she has a Road to Damascus experience), nothing will likely budge her.

This is extremely funny Prisoner's dilemma for Rekietas... The moment they kick out April she will turn on them and the footage will be all over Internet... No wonder she has to be kept around even if Kayla might not like it...

Yea it's pretty retarded. Let's be real though, the man has a whole 4 figure career in the works! What kind of idiot would he be if he went ahead and threw away a whole ass 4 figure career over degeneracy? That's a lot of money to lose over something like this ya know? :really:
There is a site where he can be degenerate as he wants, and get paid. In theory, anyways. It's called Onlyfans.

A while back he was suggesting he wants to do it. How it's so neat that that totally charming couple Mint and Riley do it.

I'm sure the children would be thrilled by that. *vomit*

It's been said that lawyers have a lot in common with prostitutes, but I always saw that as a metaphorical comparison. In Nick's case though, it feels more on the nose.

Rekieta has been very careful not to explicitly use the word "conspiracy" or "plot" to describe the actions of various government agents, but he has hinted very heavily at it in his typical weaselly 'say it without saying it' way:
Aside from the very direct accusation against Sweep, what he's doing is trying to funnel everybody over to Barnes's coverage. That way it will plant in people's (again: idiots) minds that he is the victim of a conspiracy, without him actually claiming he is.

This is why I say he's basically abdicated a lot of his defense to Barnes's insanity. The choice of Frank White to represent him is the biggest evidence of that. Frank was not picked out of a hat. He lives and works some distance away from Nick, and I doubt he was anywhere near the most accomplished lawyer that Nick could have gotten. He's Nick's lawyer because he's a Barneswalker.

Nick is such an illiterate moron. In reference to a judge, "disinterested" means unbiased.
For I while I thought Nick was trying to be clever by subtly shifting word meanings between law terms and common usage, then hoping people wouldn't notice. Intentionally trying to bamboozle people.

Now I think he actually just doesn't know the differences himself.

I think he just suggested that abortion is ok as long as you do it yourself.
Ned stark said it better
"The man who passes the sentence should swing the sword. If you would take a man's life, you owe it to him to look into his eyes and hear his final words. And if you cannot bear to do that, then perhaps the man does not deserve to die."

That's an interesting hypothetical. I'd be curious to find out how many pregnant women would/wouldn't have an abortion if they were more active participants/witnesses to the procedure.

This is one guy I really would like to see behind fucking bars for child abuse and neglect. Five fucking kids they got, and had difficulty in having them, and they do this shit? So ...

Don't touch the fucking cow! That includes his fleshlight.

Women were doing their own abortions for thousands of years before modern medicine, and still are. I think if there was method as effective as a d&c that could be done at home, more women would opt for abortion. I've talked to many women (previous job) who wanted an abortion, but didn't want to go through a d&c in a clinic.
