Can they even legally do it now that Kamala has been officially declared the Democrat's Presidential candidate? Wouldn't they have to assassinate her or something to get rid of her now?

I looked around and all I saw were heads nodding in agreement. I heard a few calls of "Yes sir" and "Damn Straight" from the men around me. Even saw the lonely ball cap wearing farmer in the corner raise his drink with a nod.

I hate to say it, but I think it’s over. We may as well turn ourselves into FEMA now.

That's nothing. I went to my local barbershop, owned and supported by some fine negros, and as I got my cut done, a commercial of Kamala Harris and Walz appeared. I'll tell you, the barber simply pointed to the TV and said, "You know, she's a real one, dawgs. Ain't no bad bitches like Killer Kamala and Flyin' Walz."

The other clients hollered and hooped--you could hear "DAS RITE!" from the other side of the street!

At that moment, I knew Kamala was that girl, and Walz was that guy.

From an objective standpoint I would honestly argue that what Walz did is a lot shittier than dodging a draft. A draft is a dragnet to suck up young men and send them to the meat grinder and is by nature unpopular, and while trying to position yourself as more worthy of life probably does seem shitty, you're just an ordinary civvie at that point and have such luxuries as wants or wishes.

Walz was already in service and was being fast tracked through the ranks during a time where people could go in and do some PT and shit and come out with a nice pension (we were at relative peace), then after 9/11 and the GWOT made it clear he would be among those sent off, he decided he would rather be a congresscritter and left service while the men he was stationed with were set to be sent to war. He wasn't some civvie who had no idea about it and just wanted to not be sent to die, he signed up and collected power and prestige and rank as long as it was safe and then GTFO as soon as he was at any risk of being deployed.

Remove the names from those scenarios and ask pretty much any vet and they'll tell you the draft dodger is much more understandable than the coward.

Shapiro would have been a good choice three years ago, today probably 35-40 of progressives are rapidly anti Isreal due the Israeli Palestinian shit. In 2024 having not only a Jewish VP but one that served in the IDF is a massive liability.

Oh come on, that has nothing on this. I went to my local antique shop, owned by my chinese neighbors. Real nice people. They have this old boxy TV in the shop and often it’s on the news channels. Well today, Kamala was on and said how great the economy is right now. The owners of the shop then said “Kamala make us much Yuan? We vote Kamala.”

The problem with not nominating Kamala they have to admit they fucked up two fold. The first fuckup was lying about Brandon's mental state and keeping the ruse going until it literally blew up in their faces. The second is picking an unlikeable VP whose record as California's AG shows she's a genuinely reprehensible human being. Not nominating her would mean the public asking themselves "Gosh, were these people the best the party could do?"

And those are the cherries on to of inflation driving people into debt, the pullout from Afghanistan, illegal immigration getting out of control, the government nakedly weaponizing the justice system against its political opponents, and their attempted assassination against Trump failing. Sacrificing the cackling whore to preserve their long-term prospects like Newsome and Shapiro is the wise move.

wouldn't it also kill their ability to translate all those hundreds of millions in campaign funds over to someone else? kamala's big excuse was "her name was always on the ballot! she was who people wanted to replace biden if he was incapable anyway!" willfully ignoring that he has not yet resigned from a position he is allegedly so unable to do that in 4 months he will no longer be capable of it at all.

it's a REALLY bad situation for them right now, and they have to take tiptoes on every piece of ice or they could fuck it up so bad that it becomes a landslide that they want to avoid more than anything else. they justified biden's cheating as being the most popular president in history. if there's this much of a massive shift, potentially made worse by even the smallest misstep in their handling of the muslims that they rely on right now, they will be in some serious trouble come november, even if they plan to cheat.

if it starts becoming popular opinion that perhaps 2020 actually was bullshit, that would make it nearly impossible to properly cheat that way in the future, because people will not believe ballot spikes like the ones Joe Biden got are legitimate, and will demand recounts, because nobody knows anybody who actually LIKES kamala harris, and nobody outside of minnesota even knows who walz is. they have to play it just right to even be able to cheat this time.
