Nope, it’s been cut years ago. There are still a few posts on the TNO subreddit discussing NatSoc Israel you can find by searching ‘Lehi’.

I played Italian Palestine back when it had a skeleton tree in TNO’s first release. The way to get the Lehi was to focus anti-partisan and suppression efforts on the Jews, making them really, really mad. They coup you by 1962’s end.

My response is that the only people who "like" Kaiserreich are morons who wank off to "WHAT IF THE INBRED GERMAN KING WON WW1 INSTEAD?", and they're just salty that Hitler accomplished in 6 months what Willy #2 failed to do in 4 years.

It turned the TA from a boring snoozefest into a boring snoozefest with TNO-tier garbage decisions. As America all you do, besides an eventual intervention in the GCW, is to ship weapons and volunteers to third world shitholes. The update also removed almost all the content for France. If Free France loses the civil war, which is the case 50% of the time, then fascist France won't do anything. The devs teased this update as this big update, which will finally complete their mod. Now that it's out the mod still suffers from the main problems. The mod constantly teases you with interesting stuff that might happen only with nothing to come out of it.

Most mod development can be summarised by devs promising all kind of new and exciting stuff -> half assed update/release -> devs hiding behind the "it's just a mod".

Because just like TNO they’re just copy pasting the Cold War but with Nazis and Russia in anarchy. That’s the biggest problem with a lot of Cold War mods. I’ve been keeping up with the development of Red Flood Judgement Day for a while and it’s a much better mod than most Cold War mods because the lore and gameplay are focused on the sheer insanity of the world and the individual factions (Pan-Asianist commie Japan, several different French factions all of whom are insane in their own different ways, Gurgolov’s Scythia that makes Nazi Germany look like a hippie commune, and all the American leaders) rather than just reading badly researched info dumps in the form of endless events and sending arms to fight random proxy wars

On top of that there really isn’t a good outcome for really any nation. In particular the US ends up as either

A. A military dictatorship under MacArthur, someone known for having an infamously huge ego and being just kind of a dick (who also loses most of the time in game despite being the most realistic choice to win if such a civil war actually happened)

B. The CSA, which looks like a decent choice on paper until you realize that KR writing is dog shit and the CSA is more likely to resemble post revolution Russia and not a wholesome worker’s paradise

C. The AUS, ironically enough, has the opposite problem where they misreprent Huey Long, but I guess I could see it becoming very corrupt and Long establishing a cult of personality

D. The PSA or the Feds without MacArthur, which is just the pre-existing American government but shittier because it has to recover from a full scale war

It isn’t just that the US isn’t the most powerful nation, it’s that there really isn’t a good outcome anywhere, let alone America.

They see it more as an war between ideologies, rather than people burning down their own houses to make sure the other ones can't get it.
Since Americans never had a civil war (no burgers the Secession War wasn't a civil war just because the Union won) they are never really taught about the devastation and internal conflicts which are caused by a civil war. This leads to people soyjacking online about destroying their own country because the hecking wholesome chungus side won.

I don’t know if KR still does this I remember there used to be revolts from other factions across each territory where all of a sudden there’d be a swath of AUS or US controlled land in the middle of CSA territory or vice versa. There’s also a good chance that there would be revolts from other third party groups like the Klan or infighting within the CSA.

Even then the Civil War still had fighting outside of just the main areas in the south. There were minor raids in the Midwest, especially Ohio, and there was a lot of fighting out west with confederate aligned Indians out there (not to mention more minor factions like the Missouri State Guard).
