He's actually only 178cm, which at 66kg is about 2kg more than "skinny" for a man. The reason for his size (volume) is that fat takes up more space than muscle, so he looks that large because he's able to be pretty out of shape for a male and still mog women in terms of body mass (weight).

Many women 175-178cm weigh 54kg or less, which would be near impossible for a healthy male. Most of the women in his weight class will probably be a lot shorter than that though, because they'll be of the muscle-putting-on body type and not the fashion-modelling body type.

Also, there are (rare) options other than "trans" or "biological woman." The boxers in question probably both have a disorder that gave them the appearance female (or ambiguous) external genitalia at birth, due to a problem with the way their bodies process androgens.

(That's what AFAB and AMAB meant before trannies stole the term; a person with a DSD can be "assigned" something at birth that turns out to be wrong, even if that almost never happens in the modern medical system since we are better at diagnosing DSDs)

Neither is "trans" in the sense of randomly deciding they have a female gender identity; they were probably raised thinking they were female. That doesn't change the fact that they are both biological males and shouldn't be competing in the female category.
