He was a weapons inspector for Iraq who got famous for publicity denouncing Bush for making shit up about Saddam having WMDs after getting forced out for saying they didn't.

He turned grifter for the anti-war movement and became buddy buddy with Robert Redford, who wanted to make an anti war movie about Scott giving the finger to Bush.

Then it came out he was a pedophile and rather than try and say Bush and company framed him, he argued that it was no one's business that he liked underage girls and it was distracting people from his important work in the anti-war movement.

He became persona non grata overnight and kept getting busted for being a pedo but always getting a slap in the wrist.

They were apperently 16-year-old girls, so you could argue from his perspective that he's not technically a pedo, but it's still obviously against the law. I know him for his appearances on Judge Napolitano's show, so I figured somebody exposing the government could keep it in their pants, but I guess not.

King Studs get away with being the cold hearted jerk because they have moments of nice (or just normal human behavior) that feel earned. What happened with Swift is that she was being apolitical and even dabbling in alt right iconography with the Reputation album. That pissed off the left and George Soros took action to buck break Swift and force her to submit to the anti life equation. He basically fronted the money to one of Taylors mortal enemies (a Kanye West producer/songwriter IIRC who wrote a song for Kanye that shitted all over her and claiming she deserved being fucked over by Kanye for the sin of winning an award instead of Beyonce winning it) to buy EVERY master tape of ever album she had made to that point before Taylor could do so. Then threatened to ban her from doing ANYTHING with the songs ever again.

Interesting take. Back in the very early days of her career when she was young, I know there was a ton of speculation as to her lurking often on /pol/ and a lot of "taylor is /ourgirl/" bullshit. It wasn't helped when one time there was a bunch of posts on pol from some chick who claimed she just got a cat and was asking everyone what she should name it. A ton of posts later a name was settled on and like two or three days later by chance Taylor had announced publicly that she got a cat and lo and behold...the cat's name was the same as the name that was decided on pol a few days earlier for the female anon...which only fueled the whole "see? taylor lurks here and that was her" stuff. I never really thought about it one way or the other but I did find it strange when she went so hardcore left.

I wonder if there's more beneath the surface. A lot of other posters have commented on Walz giving off creeper/pedo vibes and he has a lot of suspect statements and behavior that lends credibility to that. Because he's never been on the national political stage before, I doubt he's ever been seriously vetted or had dozens of people crawling through his history looking for skeletons.

I keep going back and forth - I can't figure out if he's just never been vetted, or that they really just didn't have anyone and had to give it to him regardless. Man, in earlier times the whole stolen valor thing would have been enough alone to end a politician's career. I mean, think of really successful celebs...Arnie is worth like $550 million...Tom Cruise is like $500 mil...Stallone is about $450 million. These guys are insanely shrewd businessmen, not to mention icons that each have launched multiple franchises. They've been at this for decades and yet they're barely worth half a billion each. Taylor has a bunch of half ass songs and yet she's a billionaire? Did I miss something? Hell, a study showed that at least 20 of her songs had the exact same chords in the same order and everything. She's basically releasing the same fucking song over and over and just changing the lyrics.

As far as her fans, I'm in my 50s. I have a friend I grew up with. He's married and has two kids. Now and then I make fun of Taylor Swift on social media and this dude gets rabid. Like foaming at the mouth attacking any of my facebook statuses mocking her. I even called him out on it once saying, "Dude, you're a middle aged 50 year old man with a wife and two kids and here you are ready to go to war over Taylor Swift. This isn't normal". If you were to tell me that the occult had something to do with this, I'd totally believe it. There's no other explanation.

You might find this entertaining...I can't remember who made it - some youtuber but I do remember him saying that when he posted it he was inundated with hundreds of death threats from swifties.

I used to have a female friend who worked at the Pentagon as an investigator. She would always tell me to come visit her and she'd give me a tour and everything. I always thought it was weird to have such a rabid lefty working at the Pentagon, but in retrospect I guess it's par for the course.

On a more serious note, not sure if anyone's noticed but the Harris campaign is desperately trying to reclaim patriotism as a lefty virtue. Even in the description of the hat, "American made, union made". The stupid wristbands blinking red, white, and blue. There's also always a ton of American flags in the background when she's speaking. They realize that no one associates pro-America with lefties and they're trying to somehow reclaim it. It's not gonna work, but I've only noticed because I've seen more American flags around Harris than have been in the past 3 or 4 democratic presidential campaigns combined. This weirds me out so much. I was just talking about her today with some friends today at a diner in Long Island because the other day she's made like two appearances in Long Island. She's getting a ridiculous appearance fee and for what? What does she do? Does she have a talent? Other than talking about spitting on dicks when she sucks them, I'm not sure she can actually do anything. It's so weird...it's like she's everywhere and making money hand over fist. A very close female friend of mine managed a number of mega clubs in NYC. Some of the biggest. She used to tell me that the worst nights are the ones that are heavily gay and she refuses to work on the gay nights. She says that on the nights when you have a predominately gay party crowd, the entire club stinks like semen because they're disgusting and just fuck no matter where they are and just shoot loads on the furniture and the walls. I got the impression there's no upside to owning or running a club.

I hate tattoos with a passion. As a kid, I wanted to be a tatted-up rapper. Now I see tattoos, and I'm grossed out by them. Put another coin in the catholics were right jar.

The one thing I can never get used to is this whole millennial chick thing of just getting random tattoo "doodles" all over the place. Like a fucking dog's head on their thigh, and a teacup on their arm. A triangle on their ankle. The word "breathe" on the back of their neck.
